Brooks did an excellent job assessing the situation for our clogged shower drain and went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything we needed to know especially with being first time homebuyers. Will definitely be using 3 Mountains Plumbing again if anything comes up!

Was not open and no dump station.

Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

Alex was the Technician who came to my home, he was very professional, followed safety protocols for Covid, he also respected my home by putting covering on his shoes prior too walking in my home ( very few service technician do) I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs plumbing services.

Vitaliy is very professional. As well as being very nice and respectful. He does a great job with top of the line products. He replaced my water heater last spring, and a toilet today. I trust him in my home. My dog never barks at him, and she barks at everyone 😊

Made an appointment a week ahead of time . The technician didn't arrive as scheduled and I never got a call. When I called to follow up they told me they might not even be able to get to me that day. The manager was not interested in helping me address this. Haven't encountered this level of service in the last 20 years.

Excellent plumbing and sewer professionals

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

He was awesome. Called because my upstairs bathroom shower drain pipe broke. None of the other companies I called could come out for at least a week. He fit us in his schedule the next day. Showed up when he said he would and replaced the broken part. Will definitely use this company again.

We called the day after Thanksgiving, and I was worried nobody would be able to come out that day, but they sent someone over in just a few hours. Rico from Mr. Rooter was super nice and got our garbage disposal fixed in no time, and even cleaned up afterward. The price was totally reasonable. Hopefully we won’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if we do, it’s going to be Mr. Rooter.

We called them to come install the new kitchen faucet and toilet, their price was the best in the area.
The technician worked around my schedule, which was nice. We hired them again to repair our water heater. Will definately hire them again

Unprofessional to the extreme.

I had them come out to look at a shower valve at a rental property. The first attempt, they no-showed the appointment.

After rescheduling and getting a quote, I decided to move forward with the work. The day before that appointment they called to confirm details, but had no idea what I wanted done. They thought they were replacing my external shower unit with a standard valve, which is not what I had asked them to quote for.

We agreed they would keep the next day appointment and give me a new quote for replacing with a new external shower mount.

Upon arriving for the next appointment, the tenants politely asked them to wear masks as they have young children at home. The plumbers said they would go to their van to get some... and then just never returned.

I called to sort this out and was told Our company is done with wearing masks. I won't wear one. At this point it would be better if you found someone else.

Update: Well, since I cannot figure out how to delete a Google Review, I'll just update this one and revise the 1-star star rating I had previously given. I received an email from this company's answering service, saying this was their fault. They had some technical difficulties that day and didn't realize that Paul's actually did take emergency calls. So the information I was given was incorrect. I'll revise my rating, I suppose. But Paul's should consider their relationship with that company. As a business owner, I certainly wouldn't want an answering service who I entrusted to care for my clients giving them incorrect information that would leave them upset and conflicts with what my website says. But it sounds like this company is pretty contrite. So hopefully they will not leave someone else hanging next time during an emergency.

The emergency service they list on their website is a lie. Called on Saturday middle of the day for service and just got an answering service that told me they're closed until Monday. :(

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
