Nick was a pleasure to watch work. He explained everything in detail, and was expeditious about completing the work needed (drain cleaning). I chose 3 Mountains for a reason, and Nick confirmed my good choice. His service was a good value.

Our water heater tank reached its end of life very dramatically in April of ’23. Needing to replace it ASAP, we called a few plumbers and after sending a quick text with pictures of our situation to Courtney at Sutherland, we were on a call with Ti. Ti took the time to explain the pros and cons of multiple water heater systems, leading us to land on two viable options followed by prompt quotes in our inbox.

Because we switched from a natural gas tank to an electric tank, Sutherland handled scheduling an electrician as well as the tank removal/install. Both appointments went smoothly, and Cameron and Jack who came to install the tank were so professional, kind and efficient. It was very clear from all of our interactions with the Sutherland team that they are true to their word, highly skilled, and live up to their motto of providing best practice over simply going for the minimum standard.

Sutherland will be our first call for all future plumbing needs.

Once, when we were looking into moving we walked on to a property that had an overflowing leach field. It was disgusting and we didn't know what it was at the time. River City was good about answering questions even though I wasn't about to be a customer at that point. Since then we did purchase a home with a septic system. They have been good about assessing it for us and I'm glad I know where to call if we ever end up with a leach field issue.

Carson was professional, thorough, keeping a tidy work space, and being very diligent about taking great care in my home. Carson even took the time to share some ways for me to prevent the issue from recurring. From initial phone call to discuss my issue, to having a courtesy call before arrival, actual arrival and service - all were wonderful experiences. Arrival and service was within timeframe promised. I rarely take the time to complete a review, but the folks at Diligent Plumbing, specifically Vitaliy was amazing. It was Saturday, most places were closed, but this company took the time to hear what our issue was and asked if we wouldn’t mind doing FaceTime so he could walk us through getting our water heater back on. After excellent instructions and amazing patience from Vitaliy, our water heater pilot light was back on and we got hot water. We were impressed by his excellent customer service, and on a Saturday too. Thank you Diligent Plumbing, we will definitely tell our friends about you and call you for all of our Plumbing needs.

This is hands down the best plumbing company we have ever used. Quality products, professional crew and office staff, not to mention the owner who is honest, professional and accessable. They repiped our entire house in a day. The owner went way above and beyond when faced with some odd, complex issues. It would be hard to match this company and all it offers.

We had a line run from the city meter to our home. We had all the water-in pipes replaced and the secondary sewer lines replaced as well. A Mr. Rooter scope specialist made us aware of a small piece of the main sewer line out back that was holding water and likely to fail in the future. They dug it up and replaced it to keep things running smoothly. All-in-all it was a week long job and a lot of work.Everything was done exactly as quoted.The crew who worked on our plumbing was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind. Big ups to Brian who championed everything and was here all week dealing with our awful crawl space. His support crew was fantastic as well (though I don't remember everyone else by name). Our water pressure is now amazing and runs like a house 30 years its junior. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to friends in the future.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

I've had such a great experience with Western Plumbing! The lady on the phone was super nice and extremely helpful! Jason and the other guy who came out we're both super nice and respectful with our home. They worked quick and efficient so no time was wasted. I could tell they didn't want to waste time lollygagging and just wanted to get the job done. I wouldn't ask anyone else to do the job in our home besides them! THANK YOU WESTERN PLUMBING!

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult.

They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty.

I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused.
