Nicholas was awesome. He showed up quickly and on time and got the additional help needed once he identified the issue. I appreciated his calm demeanor and good humor.

Couldn’t recommend them enough. I have known David for awhile now and his commitment to helping his clients first is above and beyond. He really goes out of his way to try and help others out. From diagnosing the problem to providing the best solution possible, its always been a great experience. He has helped us out a lot in regards to plumbing/sewer advice and I wouldn’t think twice about referring him to anyone I can. If you are looking for someone to figure out your problem and provide you with an honest assessment/repair look no further. Horrible service and office staff. Would give 0 stars if we could. Needed results of the inspection for the sale of our home. Got the run around from the office staff and was told it could take up to 5 business days to locate the inspection paperwork because it was with the billing department. Called for 2 days with no improvement and no report. We paid before the service was completed then there didn't seem to be any urgency in providing the results to us. The person performing the work did decide to discuss the results of the work with the buyer's realtor though. Also did not appear on time to perform the work and cancelled once. We never got our report. Also, they kept our credit card info on file and charged us for a service without our authorization! Please don't use this company. You may save money, but you get what you pay for in the end!

Couldn't be happier with the service and results from Pipeline. Had a mystery smell coming from the master bathroom, and they were able to get someone out to us within a couple days (when everyone else was scheduling weeks out because of the holidays). Brent came out to help us - he was extremely friendly, early in the scheduled appointment window, and took his time addressing every possibility. He even had a plan for next steps if the problem wasn't resolved, but he knocked it out of the park first try! Will absolutely be calling Pipeline first for any future needs!

Terry was super helpful.....he explained what was going on and why then fixed the problem and also gave a maintenance tip to help avoid future problems.

I loved the friendly, knowledgeable service. It was nice to feel like my problem was your problem to fix, not like it was just a job for money. Thank you for such great service. I had a whole new main plumbing line from street meter to house replaced and the whole drainage line under the house, plus they gave me a temporary hook up to the meter until the whole thing could be replace, so we didn't have to go without water.

Awesome experience with Chris and his team. We had an estimate for a faucet replacement in the shower, but once he got into the wall, realized that it could be fixed just by tightening some screws, saving us quite a bit of money. Turning the water back on to the house, an old valve outside broke. We had to turn off the well, leaving 4 houses without water. Even though it was almost 5 pm, they worked several hours longer until the valve was replaced and water had been turned back on for everyone. Very reasonable prices and would highly recommend CCP!

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

Jerry Bales is an excellent service technician! I had a sewer scope done and he was prompt and very professional. He explained the issues he found thoroughly and gave me an honest opinion on a course of action. I highly recommend!

Kent arrived at 8am and the window was 8 to 10am, he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Very nice and knowledgeable! I signed up for the service plan just because of the service Kent provided. 2 thumbs way up!!

Cancelled our appointment at the time they were supposed to arrive and then rescheduled with less than an hour notice. Had a sewer scope done and was charged over $150 more than the average going rate. Technician was slow and rude, was charged for travel time both to and from location. Was also charged $25 for a flash drive. Technician also drove off before I could ask any questions. Called to complain but no one would speak to me. Left a voicemail and never got a call back. I would give 0 stars if possible.

These guys are great. When something went wrong with something they installed, they came over on Thanksgiving morning to make it right!!!

Guy came out to install a toilet, claimed that there were parts missing so he took everything off, charged my wife $237 and left. I came home and installed everything myself in less than 2 hours. What a waste of money. I guess he got the valve installed so that's a positive.

On time and very reliable. Took care of kitchen sink clog at a reasonable price.

I have water leaking in from the outside (through my siding), and these folks were recommended to me. They came and were unable to find the leak. I was unhappy and they contacted me after and wanted to make it right. They offered either a refund or other eyes on the problem. I chose the refund, but the point is that they were solidly customer oriented and willing to work with me honestly. This is all I can ask from a company/service. Maybe wouldn't recommend for locating siding leaks, but I would absolutely call them again should any other leak occur.

Very helpful! When our water line broke, Landon came out on a rainy night to ensure we had a temp line working before the night was through. He was able to get the permanent fix complete within a week and was very helpful and thoughtful with the repair.
