Best Commercial Plumbing Inspection in Portland OR

Having to do a sewer line repair from our house to the street is not something you look forward to doing. But if you've got to do it (and apparently you do or you wouldn't be reading this review), Sewer Renewal Specialists makes it a lot easier to deal with. Initial contact was with Cindy in the office. She was very friendly and helpful. Joe came out to do the estimate. Took the time to show me and explain what he was seeing with the camera. Discussed the process and answered my questions. After receiving the bid, David, the owner, was very responsive to my follow up questions. Joe's and David's professionalism won them the job and the rest of the crew were just as good. Taylor and Jose did the bulk of the work with the excavation and insertion of the pipe lining. Kamryn and William arrived the next day to finish the job with pulling the balloon, closing up the pipe and refilling the hole. Finally came Garrick to do a great job with the concrete to seal the hole. All of them clearly knew what they were doing and worked very well together as teams. And they all let me hang around to watch and ask questions about the process which I enjoyed a lot. I also need to compliment them on the software they use which kept me well informed about appointments and arrival times. The bid and invoice documents were also very clear and easy to read.

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. Watched a power plumbing driver cut off someone because they didn't bother using their blinkers and watch them drive into the opposite lane so that they can bypass traffic to then get into a turn lane illegally clearly these are not the people you should trust to handle your plumbing if they can't handle basic drivers laws.

Bob is a true professional, quick, honest and accessible. We noticed that our water bill tripled out of nowhere , we called Bob to come by and diagnose the issue, he was flexible and made us feel like a top priority. Green Box Mechanical recently installed an EV charger for me. They were very responsive, scheduling the bid a few days out and then scheduling the job the following week. Bid was competitive, and Jeremy the electrician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Office was very responsive as well for scheduling, etc. Great experience all around.

Wayne was more than helpful when pur apt drains clogged and backed up! He did an amazing job fixing and cleaning up everything and would highly recommend Apollo for any issues you have! I've used them several times even when I had my RV and I've always been met with amazing costumer service and very professional employs! They had an opening before our scheduled appointment so we were able to get our issue fixed several days before we expected. I would recommend Meticulous to anyone in need of a plumber.

Looking for a plumber to help repair toilet that needed a new flow valve. Read Doug’s reviews and sent him an email. He responded right away and since it was not an emergency we came to a date that worked for both of us. He was right on time, actually a few minutes early, and listened to the noise the toilet was making. He had 2 flow valves on hand and we talked about the pros and cons of each. I picked one out and he went to work installing it. When it was installed he showed me the valve that can be used to increase or decrease the water in the bowl, something that we did not have with old flow valve. We talked about a couple of other plumbing items, such as quarter turn vs full turn water shut off valves. I felt that Doug’s price was reasonable and he was able to complete the job quickly and correctly. He also provided a 1 year warranty on his work. I would use Doug again for my plumbing needs.
