Booking the appointment online was super easy and convenient. What wasn’t was the lack of communication. Being told that they texted and called and I didn’t answer was very frustrating. Their dispatchers seem to have no idea what’s going on. The technician who came out was fabulous.

Great service from Diligent Plumbing! Two jobs needed to be done. Vitaliy came out to our house and fixed our shower that was dripping at a great price, and also replaced our toilet with a brand new one! I highly recomend going with them and will call them back. I called to have my bathtub uncloged and I was going in to my sisters room to get 50 dollars for a 2 minute job.I was not fast enough for them to give them the money they left so I called and ask if I could pay with my debit card and the crew and answering service told me they would have someone call me and the crew thought they wasted their time to come out and unclog my bathtub drain for a 2 minute job and they wanted to charge me $50.00 the one guy I think his name was Ben was a smart ass to began with as soon as I answered my door I will not use pauls plumbing again.

Tim was nice enough but REALLY? $185 to snake a drain? He arrived at 2:30 and was pretty much done by 3:15 but took 10-15 minutes to write up the invoice. Then said he charged me for 20 minutes of driving on top of the hourly rate of $120 an hour for a total of $150 labor. Plus $35 dollars for a pop-up. They cost about $10. I didn't ask him to replace it. I had a basket in there which I choose to use to catch debris. My drain was already disassembled when he arrived and he didn't need to trouble shoot the problem. I didn't have a leak in my p-trap before he did the work but when he reassembled it he tightened one of the rings too tight and now it
leaks. SO I have to go buy another one. I'm not so happy about this service today. I feel like because I'm a woman he took advantage of me.

Loved our experience with Lovett! We came in to the office and the water heater had leaked all over the floor and hallway carpet. Lovett sent out a technician (Andrew) within 2 hours. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and able to replace our water heater within a few hours. We are so grateful to Andrew and the Lovett team for resolving our water heater leak so quickly!

My garbage disposal was plugged, and big time leaking. Jordan came over and assessed the situation. He was polite and sensitive to my cats. He showed me the rust and leaks. He had the same model on his truck, so no need to wait and reschedule. He had it installed quickly. Price was good, my sink was back in business and I am very happy.
