The person at the call center had such a strong accent I could barely understand her. It took her a lot of tries to get the spelling of my name. Then there was some mix-up on time zones. Then the wrong repair person was dispatched (water damage, not sewer line clean out). When the right person finally came out, he got the line unclogged, but it was expensive ($500). Next time I'll use a local plumber.

Plumber responded very quickly when I requested an estimate to fix a leaky shower faucet - on a Sunday, no less! - and was able to come out the next morning. My dad met him at my home as I had to work and he was very transparent with text communication with me throughout the process and verbal communication with my dad. Quality work with warranty and reasonably priced. Absolutely would recommend.

When things got unexpectedly cold this year (2020), and I was out of town before winterizing my sprinkler system, I called Dave Lloyd at Evolution Pluming to help me quickly remove my backflow device to avoid potential freezing damage. Dave dropped what he was doing (despite it being a weekend) and immediately helped me out! Thanks Dave!

I called to help solve a blocked sewer line, and was quoted $550 for the job. However, I'm now out $550 and my problem was not resolved. While the service was prompt, the technician was courteous, I can't help but feel disappointed that quote did not achieve what I was expecting. I would've appreciated a much more detailed breakdown of what was/wasn't covered in the initial bid, or more in-depth analysis of the problem before the technician performed the work. I does me know good to have part of my main sewer line cleaned if I still can't use the water in my house. The toughest piece to swallow is that I was given a 1 month estimate as to when they would be able to resolve the issue.

I had, a fowl leak in my crawl space, it took a little communication, but with the help of Pauls team. The problem has been solved. A professional, and ethical company. had been a good company, up until the recent work we had done to perform a minor drainpipe repair. parts were billed at 4-5x of what I could get them for from lowes/home depot. and was charge 2-3x the time it took to do the repair work, with no explanation of what the extra time was for - except some attempt to say it took like 1-2 hours to grab 5 parts from the parts warehouse. And the parts were probably already on the stocked company van anyway. sign of the times: Contruction is booming and you should stay away from all things construction until the easy money dries up and companies come back to earth.

TVWD wanted a test of my back flow valve. These guys said they work with TVWD. The tech came, saw no valve and reported the same to the Tualatin Valley Water District.

We have an older house and our upstairs was not ducted. They replaced an old furnace, added AC, replaced or repaired old ducting in the basement and on the main floor. For our upstairs they recommended a ducted mini-split.
Overall they were professional, creative, neat and polite. Our system works perfectly. We had one request after the work was done and they came back and addressed it right away. I'd definitely recommend, this company, especially if you have a home that needs a unique HVAC solution.

I rarely post reviews; in this case they came out within six hours of calling to fix a leaking water heater. The water heater was 16 years old and needed to be replaced; they gave a very competitive quote to replace it. After the work was done, their actual cost came in several hundred dollars under the quote. All of the people were great to work with.
