Our outside water spigot was leaking in our inside wall on a Sunday evening...needless to say we needed a plumber quick! Vitaliy answered the phone after one ring, made it to our residence in amazing time, solved our issue and gave great advice. When things got unexpectedly cold this year (2020), and I was out of town before winterizing my sprinkler system, I called Dave Lloyd at Evolution Pluming to help me quickly remove my backflow device to avoid potential freezing damage. Dave dropped what he was doing (despite it being a weekend) and immediately helped me out! Thanks Dave!

Changing a plastic compression valve to a metal/brass one under my kitchen sink is a 15-20 min job. They charged me $430 for it. They don't give you a quote over the phone. They charge you $85 dollars for checking out the job and give you a quote and waive it if you accept their quote.

Overall I think it's very expensive 🫰

I called up on a Friday at 10:30 expecting to get service next week, but they had a service tech out to my house in 45 minutes to try and find the source of a dripping sound that I have been hearing for a while without any signs of water leaking. The tech confirmed that I am not crazy and it does sound exactly like water dripping, but through his very through evaluation he confirmed for me that it was just the sound of the exhaust pipe expanding and contracting and there is no need for expensive replacement or repair. I am so happy their honest and pleasant service team.

Tim was nice enough but REALLY? $185 to snake a drain? He arrived at 2:30 and was pretty much done by 3:15 but took 10-15 minutes to write up the invoice. Then said he charged me for 20 minutes of driving on top of the hourly rate of $120 an hour for a total of $150 labor. Plus $35 dollars for a pop-up. They cost about $10. I didn't ask him to replace it. I had a basket in there which I choose to use to catch debris. My drain was already disassembled when he arrived and he didn't need to trouble shoot the problem. I didn't have a leak in my p-trap before he did the work but when he reassembled it he tightened one of the rings too tight and now it
leaks. SO I have to go buy another one. I'm not so happy about this service today. I feel like because I'm a woman he took advantage of me.

I give zero. I had a repair 2 years ago and recently smelled a terrible odor. I had to get a emergency service out because Monday AM I have a home appraisel. The other plumbing company showed me pictures and explained why it failed. When you cut a couple inches of pipe out and don't replace it but force it into a coupling even though it's too short it will fail. Kitchen sink, Extreme hot and cold...fail after a while.

Was crossing the street in Salem today and their truck didn't even slow down while I was halfway across the street. I would never hire them for a job.

I have had terrible water pressure since I bought my house 5 years ago. It took forever for the water to run warm anywhere-we just got used to that. After my house was re-piped, the difference is incredible! I am so thrilled to have had this project completed and I will refer My Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs.
The crew that worked on my house were professional, thorough and most important to me: ON TIME!
Additionally, they found a ring behind my bathroom vanity that is very special to my mom and she is beyond excited to have it recovered. ☺
All in all, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing services and do so without hesitation. I 100% appreciate the work they did and can see the difference each time I turn a faucet now. Thank you, thank you!

If you care about safety, I would highly recommend using a different company

First, the receptionist was 100% upfront about the hourly rate and any incremental costs. They were able to book us first thing in the morning. Nick showed up at 7:55AM for our 8:00AM appointment. He was professional, wore a mask, and offered to wear shoe covers as well. He was efficient and didn't waste time and explained everything he was doing as he proceeded. He cleaned up before he left. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and professionalism and will absolutely be using this company for any future plumbing issues. highly recommend.

These guys know their stuff. Ernie the owner was courteous, kind and fair. I’m not doing business with anyone else as long as I live in Portland.

After accidentally flooding my upstairs laundry room I was panicking. Thankfully, Steve Eickhoff, of Synergy Restoration and Construction a Lovett Company, came out to my home in a mater of hours to assess the damage, make a plan, and put me at ease. This foreman was calm, professional, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. He navigated communication between me and my husband who could not be on site and also worked amiably with our insurance adjuster. He managed his crew very well. I have no complaints and only gratitude toward Steve, Willy, Jose and the whole team who cleaned up my mess and gave me a dry clean home again.

Found a leak late on a Saturday night and called rescue rooter, mr. rooter and roto rooter, all said they couldn’t send an actual plumber out until a weekday morning despite all three having “24 Hour plumber” on their website. Called MP and had someone here in an hour. Cut open the wall and replaced a copper section all within the minimum 2 hour charge.
It wasn’t cheap but it was we needed it done NOW and got every penny worth of value from the speedy and effective plumber who showed up!
