Was sold a service that fixed nothing.We expressed our concerns with the fact that a “clean out” may not fix the issue we were having with our old cast iron pipes.Service man assured us it would resolve and if he didn’t think so he would tell us. After everything, we were told everything was good to go. Not even 20 minutes after he left, the issue returned and started to flood our kitchen.Spent $500 for a 15 minute “fix” that resolved nothing. Extremely frustrating to say the least.

Vitaliy was very professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with, and he dd an excellent job getting us set up with a new garden faucet. The fixture was pretty difficult to get to but he stuck with it and did not charge over what he had initially quoted for parts and labor, which was very reasonable. I am keeping Diligent's number on my fridge and will definitely be calling Vitaliy again when plumbing things inevitably go south again here in this old house.

I talked to Jeremy to get an estimate to fix a leak in my crawl space. He was completely transparent about cost and pricing and helped me troubleshoot some issues and gave me some advice over the phone. Also, he was willing to get in touch with another plumber who previously provided me a quote to see what the best solution would be. Great, honest company!

I give zero. I had a repair 2 years ago and recently smelled a terrible odor. I had to get a emergency service out because Monday AM I have a home appraisel. The other plumbing company showed me pictures and explained why it failed. When you cut a couple inches of pipe out and don't replace it but force it into a coupling even though it's too short it will fail. Kitchen sink, Extreme hot and cold...fail after a while.

We had a major plumbing problem in our unit of our building that required immediate action. Portland Mechanical sent Matt who was on the the spot in 30 minutes even though it was in the evening and stayed with it till he got our problem fixed. The/He saved the day!! He even cleaned up the mess afterwards 🙏 I would highly recommend this team for their professionalism and work ethic!!!

Eric from MB was at my home to install a dishwasher. Instead of doing what we were quoted for, he stayed for an additional 4 hours (I was at work and the friend sitting at my house didn't know to stop him) we-routing my pipes. Now, no one asked him to do that, it wasn't necessary, and he didn't bother to ask anyone if he could triple our bill above the estimate amount. He just came into my home, and decided for himself what was best for me, and expected to be paid for it. When I was notified that he was still at my home hours after he should have been gone, I called him immediately. At that point he proceeded to speak to me as if I were trying to rip HIM off. When I refused to pay a cent over the amount of the estimate for THE WORK I ASKED FOR, he contacted my mother, a contact for this project. And convinced her to pay it. This I'd robbery and I'm reporting this company to every outlet I can find.
