I recently had to replace my water heater and other water supply valves that were needing attention. We hired Sutherland Plumbing to do the work, and they did a fantastic job! Our old water heater was getting to the end of its life, and we were always having trouble with having enough hot water to fill our large master bathroom tub. We were also experiencing high water pressure in our house that needed correction. Ti Sutherland, the owner of Sutherland Plumbing, was extremely helpful in providing me with solutions to take care of our plumbing problems. He took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated his efforts and willingness to spend the time to help me feel comfortable with deciding what to do. On the day of the water heater replacement, Ti and his senior plumber, Cameron, showed up at the appointment time on schedule. They completed the work that was agreed upon quickly and efficiently. Ti spoke to me about his goal with Sutherland Plumbing to do quality work and using best practices. I believe that he means what he says. With the water heater installation, they improved our natural gas pipe alignment and anchoring, which also runs to the furnace. They improved the A/C condensate pump drain line alignment (unkinked and removed sags), which had nothing to do with the plumbing work requested! Sutherland Plumbing was not required to do these improvements while fulfilling the contracted work, but Ti and Cameron included it as part of what they believed to be a quality installation. Overall, I am very happy Sutherland Plumbing with the high quality of work and service that they provided. They replaced the water heater and fixed the water pressure problem along with other plumbing improvements. We now have enough hot water for our family of five and as a bonus, can fill our large master bathtub!

Avoid this outfit at all costs. They made a mistake on some of the finish work at my house and tried to charge me for the extra time. When I disputed it and hadn't issued payment for ONE DAY, they showed up at my house and turned off the water while I wasn't there! Horrid company and super rude. They wouldn't even put boots on or lay down tarps or anything while they worked in my home. That should've been my first indicator to not use them. Too late now. Again, super unprofessional and overall rude. Avoid at all costs.

Plumber showed up on time, performed the fixes quickly and was eager to show me tips and tricks on the issues. They were reasonably priced and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again

Our job is still in progress, but I've no issue leaving a review for the process so far. Central has been a pleasure to work with. The quote we received was accurate and effective, we felt listened to as customers and our needs/wants/desires were considered before a solution was recommended. Upon moving forward with the process, we were given the requisite information to prep for our install, so as to be prepared. Our installers were friendly, professional and considerate. We were kept in the loop through the initial work, and were queried where necessary, in order to ensure that everything was on target. While our job isnt complete yet, we're so far, very happy with the work thats been done to date. We feel that we're getting the appropriate value for our money, given the current cost of everything, and are very much looking forward to the benefits of having effective temperature control for the top floor of our home. In so far, I have nothing bad to say about central, and would recommend their services.

I hired David to replace my hose spigot after it cracked from the cold. He was on time, professional and got the job done quickly. Would hire again.

Nate was friendly and efficient and did a great job installing a new toilet in an old house. I asked and found out he had only been with Apollo a short time. He said he wished he’d found them earlier in his plumbing career as they value and care for their customers and their employees. That impressed him and it impresses me. I recommend Apollo and Nate.

We recently had our gas water heater spring a leak late at night. We'd had Pacific Crest Plumbing work on a bathroom addition a few years prior and have had no issues with that work, so called them up first thing in the morning to see if they could help us quickly. Nick was able to stop at the house a couple hours later after earlier appointments, and after looking at the unit and confirming its death, we talked through options and he provided a quote and the possibility of an install of a new gas unit the following morning. He kept us aware of his arrival time the morning of the install, and the work was cleanly done. The workmanship was good and we talked through the operation afterwards. I'd definitely recommend him for any plumbing work.

He almost set our house on fire yesterday! And he made the issue worse! The Kitchen sink drain is completely blocked. I swear to god I am not kidding or lying. He was left a extremely hot light under the sink, there is outlet under the sink. Thank god we were at home and we smelled smoke. He arrived 1 hour late, and he went out to rent a machine during the work, it took him 6 hours to make the issue worse! He is assigned by Select Home Warranty which is a horrible warranty company!
