They worked with care, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that we were happy with the work before heading out. They then pointed me to a discount I didn't know about, so I could save some money on the service!

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. Kaleo efficiently fixed our leaking bathroom sink (replaced angle stop and nipple), replaced our kitchen faucet with faucet we supplied, fixed our leaking hose faucet (replaced vacuum breaker on frost free hose bib), secured another hose bib, and diagnosed problem in master bath faucet (need a new faucet as suspected). Kaleo was pleasant, knowledgable and charged a reasonable price. Many thanks! We'll refer him to neighbors!

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

David did a Great job detecting our problems and making repairs. He fixed the toilets the same day and returned as promised to repair the leaking sink drain pipe. We will definitely hire him again.

Long story short: if your toddlers lock you out of the bathroom and flush toys down the toilet, definitely call Apollo and they will come to your rescue! In all seriousness, Jerry was exceptionally helpful and easy to work with. Very pleased with the service offered!

I called to have my bathtub uncloged and I was going in to my sisters room to get 50 dollars for a 2 minute job.I was not fast enough for them to give them the money they left so I called and ask if I could pay with my debit card and the crew and answering service told me they would have someone call me and the crew thought they wasted their time to come out and unclog my bathtub drain for a 2 minute job and they wanted to charge me $50.00 the one guy I think his name was Ben was a smart ass to began with as soon as I answered my door I will not use pauls plumbing again.

The tech was wonderful and went the extra step to help me getting a more acceptable price. The ads showing $88 to clear drain are very confusing and I hope you do a better job with ads so it doesn’t feel like bait and switch. I think it puts the techs in a bad position as well. Very nice guy and very professional. He is an asset to your team!

We, so far had Erin, the plumber, come to our house to evaluate the project at hand, which will primarily involve rough in plumbing for a shower. She was knowledgeable and answered every inquiry we had concisely. We didn't feel rushed as she took whatever time we needed to explain the project and provide options. We look forward to working with this firm and will follow up with a review of the work done when completed.

I am writing this due to an extreme lack of service I haven’t ever experienced before. I started with my contact via a request though the company’s website. The response was “we will get back to you as soon as we can to schedule an appointment”. After almost 10 days I called the company. The man who answered sounded unconcerned I has submitted this request and not heard back. He just said do you want to schedule a call by one of their plumbers and I said yes. They did not have a day available for almost another 2 weeks, but I set that day for the call. As is typical they give you a range to be at home for the plumber (12-4PM). A week prior to that day I called to relate I wanted to add a garbage disposal repair to the toilet repair request that was my original request. I asked if it would help their process for me to get them part numbers or product names, and the man related “no, they are ready to repair anything”. On the day of my appointment I waited until 3PM, and as I had not seen nor heard from anyone I called the company. The man who answered didn’t seem concerned I hadn’t heard, but said they were “having some difficulties”. He went on to say regardless there would be someone coming, they were just running late. A few minutes before 5PM I called again and got a voice mail stating they were either on the phone or it was after 5PM. I left a message saying I had been waiting since noon and needed to plan if there was indeed someone still going to come by. I never received a call back. I waited to be sure until 7PM. The next day I also never received a call all day....nor the following day. This is the most ignored I have been by a service company in my life, and in multiple ways. I have now wasted almost a month trying to get this company to simply fix a toilet and replace a simple garbage disposal. While thankfully I have a second toilet this is again the worst I have ever been treated by a service company. I now have had to start over and try to get another company scheduled in. Rowe Plumbing should be avoided, period. There are obviously issues going on in the company.

I've gone through his services via Choice Home Warranty for a leaking Garbage Disposal issue. I had to go through so much of pain dealing with him. He neither responds to customers timely nor stand by his commitments. At the same time, he's extremely rude... at one point of time, he said if he should steal something from a store.
