Wonderful Service! I needed some water shut off valves replaced and called this plumbing company. Scheduling was a breeze and they arrived at my house at the time they said they would be there! I was very impressed that two plumbers arrived and had plastic booties to wear over there shoes, as I had just cleaned my carpets. They were very professional, didn't disturb me as I was working and the work was done fast and correctly. Very please with there service and would definitely call them again!

I find this Devard's heat air electric & plumbing company on next door, going by the reviews I contact them and tell them about a house I purchased and its AC system needs the annual preventative maintenance plus flushing its drainage pipe/s making sure its not clogged as the house inspector noted.
I call them and explain all this to the lady who answered, she asks me to send them the inspector notes for them to see so they know what they need and what to do when on site, and I send them these inspector notes from the report itself, by now 3 days already passed, I do not hear from them, I call again and the lady answers telling me she needs to speak to the “manager” (so looks like the lady cannot do any scheduling unless go through the manager, a bit weird but whatever) a day or two passes by, I call and lady goes: the manager said he needs to the full house inspector report, and I go I have sent you all the notes related to the HVAC, why the manager wants to see the full report which got nothing to do with the HVAC, what the manager got to do with seeing the full report.
2 or 3 days go by till the lady calls and leaves a message about me being blessed since the manager agreed for the lady to go ahead and put me on their service schedule, when I decided I am not using this company.
They wasted around 10 days of my time and my need, I think greedy companies nowadays they only want to show up at your doorstep to change the AC unit for 15K and do not want to service them for $100, companies and people not looking further than their nose tip and not thinking about their kids future which going to pay for this greediness.

I did not get what I was promised. Technician showed up without the promised advanced phone call. Did not give me a quote before he started working and I was charged $388.00 to install a new cartridge in a sink and a new sprayer. I provided the parts. Worked out to just over $300/hr. Now my sink faucet is not properly seated in the counter and it is loose. My other repair to an inline filter required plumber to order part. I had to call for follow up information, if they could get it, when they would be back, etc... Not a great experience and the price was ridiculous

Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

Justin and crew showed up within 2 hours of calling. That’s a plus! Our clogged drain overflowed the washer and we had water all over the utility room. They unclogged the drain. They were masked and had shoe protection on and were courteous. Earl’s is our new plumber. Thank you to Becky too who took our call and was so understanding and helpful!

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Recently I called them for fixing dipping for my outdoor faucet. They came next day and fixed the problem. I was happy with the service. Jim was really good, he helped me to change the vacuum cap for the other facut.

Christian knew exactly what the problem was before he got here.fixed in less thN a minute.

They came out same day I called and immediately were able to fix the issue. Professional and friendly.

Excellent plumbing company and really nice guys. They replaced two water heaters for us, and Taylor even took time to educate us on how to shut off the water to our house if we ever needed to.
