I needed a garbage disposal installed, I bought my own. Bryan was professional and courteous and even showed me how to change out the rubber guard as after time can get pretty growdy and sometimes even split. He had the job done in about 45 minutes. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was cost. Found it to be quite expensive...around 240 plus 39.99 for service call. I did get 30 off for being Angie’s List member. Did I mention I had my own new disposal. Just seemed like a lot of money for 45 minutes worth of work. Oh well....

Sorry I have to wight this but watermark did fix my problem took 5 calls to get my receipt emailed to me asked to speak to a manager no way that was happening!! really felt 700.00 was a bit much for a hour of work when I showed them the leak. was not under a sink behind a bush nothing like that just right there in plane sight. My regular plumber was out of town. I own three house's in Carrollton so this is not my first plumbing experience but my worst!! yet .over the last 30 years. could not recommend this company. check there license number.

We've used Watermark Plumbing for over 15 years. Long time customers but perplexed with ghosting by owner. I paid the permit fee TWICE – once to Watermark and again to the Town. Three weeks AFTER work was done, after I worked with Town staff to clear up the permit issues, the Town notified Watermark the permit was approved and the fee should be paid. No response from Watermark. Watermark did not respond to 3 weeks of emails and voicemails requesting they get the permit approved, pay the fee and request the inspection so I can get the finalized permit. I spent time working with the Town, clearing up the permit issue and paid the permit fee and scheduled the inspection – 3 ½ weeks AFTER work was done. I have no issue with the crew, but the permit should be approved and paid BEFORE the work is begun.

Were should I start. 1 I'm very disappointed with Watermarks Plumbing I was charged $426 to run a snake on my kitchen plumbing witch the cause water to backup in my restroom shower. 2 I was told by Brian that he will bring a second guy the following day because he couldn't clear out the water in my shower. The guy didn't show up and Watermark Plumbing had no idea he had reschedule me (No communication). 3 I was finally able to get schedule 3 days later and they fix my shower. 4 now I notice water leaking from the kitchen exterior wall when my wife is washing dishes, witch I'm pretty sure they broke the plumbing. All I'm saying is I had an awful experience with this company and cost me a lot of money. Take your business elsewhere.

Do not use these guys. They are not trained and end up bringing more people out. The entire process they just kept saying it would cost more to unclog a drain. $1200 plus for sewer unclog since they couldn’t find it. Hire a better plumber. Trust me

Our company has paid over $30,000 to repair some plumbing in our facility. They have dug and tunneled under the facility and have left a mound of dirt outside. Now it's been weeks since they have come back. I continue to call daily and leave e-mails looking for an update. In the beginning I was told I would get a call back. Never have. I have asked for direct contacts on those that could help but have been denied such contacts. I am leaving e-mails to those that work in the field but no response. They have seemingly took the money and ran. If you are the owner of this business, please reach out to me for a resolution.

ZERO. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just like all the negative comments - hard to get thru. I had an underslab leak and they never responded back after the leak was detected. Customer service or whoever is is taking their calls - trash!!! Never again ! Not a company to use when homeowners are in stress of leak that might need urgent attention!!! Got it fixed by a different company.

That’s why I’ve been so relieved to meet Michael from Watermark. He is fantastic. He is punctual, honest and extremely thorough. Also, just an overall pleasant guy. I was having water pressure issues. I live in a rental and my landlord had called two other plumbers, only to tell me nothing was wrong. I have used Watermark in the past at a different home, and knew exactly who to call. Debbie scheduled my appointment for me, and was so sweet, and Bryan, the technician, let me tell you how amazing he is. He communicated the whole entire time. I knew exactly where he was going throughout my house, he told me upfront what he would like to do, so there were no surprises. He was explaining the diagnostics, and can I tell you I have learned more about a PRV than I could have thought was possible. He fixed the problem and my PSI went from 20 to 75 just like that. Bryan was amazing and I feel 100% confident that what he recommended is something that is truly needed. I will never use anyone else other than Watermark Plumbing. I love them!

My go-to plumber of years retired, so I tried Watermark. They had excellent reviews on Nextdoor. They are GREAT and are now my favorite plumber. Fast service when I had a leak, professional, didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. Very nice folks all along the way. Have already made a list of the other projects I need done. I always hesitate when I have to get a new provider because you just never know. But, Watermark is really high quality. Highly recommend them.

I had a leak and they opened up my walls and stated it was my washing machine supply line. They said they couldn’t fix it today and it would have to leak continually Saturday and Sunday, and they would come back Monday. I paid him and he left.
Didn’t make sense to me so I called another company and they found the issue was with the toilet supply line and they had the leak stopped within 20 minutes of entering my home.
I called Watermark and asked for a call back twice and they never got back to me. A business that collects your money, makes a mistake, and then doesn’t return your calls after is a huge red flag. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Overall I was happy with the experience. We had our hot water heater go out and went through homeowners insurance to get it replaced so the process was delayed a bit. We didn't have time to get additional quotes, so I cannot speak to the fairness of their prices but the customer service was great. They came out on the same day and the technicians were very thorough and knowledgeable.

Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. We called this company to check a potential gas leak in our home, explaining we thought it was likely something with the HVAC unit since we only smelled a little gas when the heater came on(first time to start this year). The tech insisted he needed to run a test on our gas lines for $527. We consented, because we know you don’t mess around with natural gas, and once the test was done the tech came inside and said we had no gas leak. IT WAS now TIME for the MYSTERY UPCHARGE….. He called us back outside and now claimed he was not to be able to reconnect our gas line to the meter because the gas company’s line “had shifted”???????? He said it was going to be $200-300 for him to reconnect it. We questioned how he could have just unhooked our lines for the test then, then claim it would cost hundreds of dollars to reconnect it. He then backed it down to $200 and as my wife and I became more incredulous, he said he would have to charge “something” if he needed parts....what parts?!? The parts were all laying there on the ground!!
He then told us Atmos would do it for free but it would be the next day before they could get out (scare tactic?). I immediately called our gas provider and they said they would have a tech out within the hour (and did). By that time the WATERMARK tech was offering to reconnect the line “for free” 🧐???????? At this point we didn’t trust anything he said and just wanted him off our property. We paid the bill ($527, with no gas to the house) and he left.
The Gas company arrived and the tech was dismayed and astonished that WATERMARK left the meter on the ground, an ACTIVE GAS LINE UNCAPPED and parts scattered. He commented that it was “highly unprofessional” and he had to document the situation. He went ahead and performed another leak test and checked everything, as he was questioning the validity of WATERMARKS work. He also told us that based on the information we provided, an HONEST/REPUTABLE PLUMBER would help with the problem, that it was an issue with our heat exchanger and a line pressure test was unnecessary on a new house at this time. Moral of the story: call your gas company first, and if they can’t help you DON’T call Watermark!!

I bought a new toilet from Home Depot and even though they offer an install service I wanted to use a professional plumber and get the job done right the first time. I have had some bad luck in the past with installers. And I am glad I hired a real plumber this time!

I called Watermark and after having a great conversation over the phone with them answering all of my questions, they sent Michael out to install the toilet on the same day.

Michael was super friendly and I could tell knew his stuff very well. He even explained why building codes had changed and how the new toilets had improved over the last few years.

In the end it looks great and works great and I can't say enough great things about Michael and Watermark. You won't regret using them!

Scheduler was very friendly on the phone, and they were able to send someone out the same day. The plumber that came was friendly and got the issue resolved easily. On time and professional.
Pricing was higher than I anticipated ($400 for a kitchen sink drain clean out), but I thought the same thing about the last plumber that worked on our house, so maybe that is on par with industry pricing.
We would use Watermark again because they were easy to work with and timely.

I have been recommending this group to all my family and friends. I tell them if they need a plumber to call these guys.
We just moved to this house a week prior, when I had a kitchen sink issue. Jason came out to quickly address and correct the problem. He was friendly, not creepy and didn't try to talk me into more work than was needed. We discussed future items to look for and he recommended what should be done, when that time comes. He didn't try and scare me into spending more money, instead he got an estimate for me so I know the options in the future.
I found them by googling and reading reviews. I couldn't have been happier!

Watermark, responded the same day. Mark was polite and quickly showed me my options and provided cost information. They worked quickly and installed a new kitchen faucet. The kitchen sink is a bit old and I know it was a difficult install. They worked doggedly and left everything clean and a great new faucet. I have used them before and would highly recommend.

Kelly and his assistant (so sorry can't remember his name.. Blue eyed gentleman) were extremely professional and very friendly. They were even able to come out the same day and replace our water heater which is a blessing! Kelly explained everything to us in detail and they even showed us how to turn off the main water supply line in case of emergency. They didn't rush the job.. Instead they made sure everything was up to code and informed us of everything they were doing along the way. I know a lot more about water heaters now! :) Thanks Watermark! These guys repaired the wax seal on two toilets, tested the drain pan on a shower, and unclogged a drain. Two of those were added on after they arrived so they probably got behind, but they got it all done and it all works. Just wanted to thank them publicly.

Last Friday afternoon, we experienced a water leak in our master bathroom. My wife had been running errands for a couple of hours and came home - water was running out of the house through the garage and the bathroom, master closet and part of our master bedroom were flooded with water. She called me at work and I was able to walk her through turning off the master valve for the whole house.

I called Watermark Plumbing ( after our home warranty provider was unable to find a plumber to come out immediately ). They had a team on site within 20 minutes. Within 15 - 20 minutes later, they had a clear understanding of the problem and provided a quote. The problem will be fixed with either a toilet rebuild or new toilet ( our choice ) and they will be back this week to complete the work ( we elected to get a new toilet which is on the way ). Additionally, Watermark put us immediately in contact with Dry Force who has handled all the remediation.

Not an experience I wish on anyone, but both Watermark and Dry Force responded quickly and professionally.

Yesterday was my 3rd time to call them about the same issue and it will be my last. We gutted and remodeled our entire master bathroom almost 2 years ago. I called Watermark to do the plumbing because of a rec from a friend. Certainly not the cheapest but I went ahead and used their service. 6 weeks later after the job was finished our shower head had a constant leak so I called again to have them come out and repair the brand new fixture. The tech said I needed a new cartridge and that he didnt realize the previous one didnt fit properly. No homeowner wants to hear that - he should have caught it originally when he installed in the first place. Fast forward to yesterday, I called because once again my shower head was leaking. Why I called them, no clue but soon regretted it. The tech came out (very nice guy) diagnosed the problem to be the valve had so much corrosion that the entire thing had to be replaced. Meaning going through the back side of the shower where drywall was and carving out the wall to get there and replace with a new one. But wait, when I purchased a new valve and shower kit 2 years ago, how come it already needs to be replaced? And then I realized, the original tech never installed a new valve that came with my system - he used the 17 year old existing valve and put my new kit on and I would never have known the difference. The tech yesterday said there was no way he could clean out corrosion and said I would have to purchase a new shower head and faucet handle and it would be about 5 more hours of work. Estimated around $800. So I called for a second opinion after my husband said absolutely not to engage anymore with Watermark. The new plumber came out this morning, here for 45 min, put on a new cartridge, cleaned ALL the corrosion out and the leak is gone. Not to mention yesterday when the watermark tech put everything back together he put the faucet handle upside down and our cold was hot and our hot was cold. Is that just job security for him to come back and have something else to fix? It's so frustrating. I've put in a call to the manager to complain but no one has called me back.

I'm glad other people had a good experience with them. Unfortunately not the case for us. Good Luck.

I had what turned out to be a very difficult leak problem to diagnose in my yard outside my kitchen. Brian was very persistent and had to come out several times before the right diagnosis was found. In the end Brian found the problem and fixed it and then much to my delight Watermark right sized the bill. They are a trustworthy partner for your plumbing needs

I contacted three different plumbing companies and Watermark is the only one that responded immediately. Michael was at my home within an hour to determine the problem with my leaking water heater. The other plumbing companies could not get to me for another 3 days. Watermark replaced both of my water heaters, in my attic, the following day. I found them to be very professional and up front about the whole process. Highly recommended.

One of the toilets we ordered from a home improvement store arrived with a seat that had scratches all over the lid. I shrugged it off because I was just happy to have a working toilet again. Jason was so committed to making sure we did not have any issues. He called the manufacturer and
advocated for us. The manufacturer sent a new seat at no cost to us. Keep in mind, we ordered the toilet from a third party. Jason only called on our behalf because he wanted everything to be perfect for us.

I first contacted Watermark to come out to repair my toilet shut off valve, as it was difficult to turn by hand and therefore I couldn’t fix the flushing mechanism in my toilet. Michael came out with his associate and not only quickly repaired the shut off valve, he also changed out the entire flushing mechanism inside the toilet. On his way out, I asked him to look at the guest bathroom toilet that was rocking back and forth. He pulled the toilet and found that the sewer pipe was corroded and leaking sewage into the floor. This turned into a major project for Watermark, as they had to return multiple times over the ensuing weeks to jackhammer away the concrete, expose the sewage pipe, replace with a new pipe, pour new concrete, and then finally reattach the toilet.
Throughout this process, Michael and his associates returned in a timely manner and completed the work with diligence and care. I was impressed at how much he went above and beyond for this project. Although I paid upfront, it did not cause any issues with the timeliness of completing the work, as other reviews have stated. It’s unfortunate that all the recent reviews for this company are poor, as I do not have anything poor to say of the company. The only downside I can tell is that they are currently having an answering service field their calls, which I think has caused much of the communication suffering. But the quality of the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the plumbers were all top notch to me. Thank you, Michael, for all your hard work and dedication.

We just moved to the Carrollton area and called Watermark to help us install the washing machine that was left by the previous owner. The technician came out and installed the washing machine, provided an estimate for a new water heater, and an estimate to change the water pressure to the house and sprinkler system. We stupidly agreed to the quote to help change the water pressure and we’re told once the work was completed and the city inspected the work, they’d be back out to finish the job and fill in the gaping hole left in the front yard. It has been 4 weeks since we had them come out to start the job and we cannot get them to answer or return a call to tell us when they are coming out to finish the job and fill in the hole they’ve left in our yard. We’ve called multiple times (at least 5) and every time are told the “manager” will call us back- not sure what they do with these supposed messages because they DON’T call back and are not professional. Do not use this company for any service or plumbing needs. We even had another plumber come out and tell us nothing about what was quoted was fixed or addressed. Extremely disappointed being told payment is due at the end of the visit when work is completed when NOTHING was actually done. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else.

Watermark Plumbing and Bryan that did the work for us are both FANTASTIC. We had moderate plumbing crisis in terms of urgency, and a major crisis in terms of scale and severity: ALL the sewer and drainage in the HOUSE was backing up. Toilets, sinks, bath tubs, ALL OF IT. Watermark sent Bryan out that evening, and he examined the pipes and snaked them with every attachment to determine the issue was bigger than that. He asked if I'd like a camera diagnostic done, and I gave the go ahead.

They sent me a copy of the video along with the PDF of the itemized quote in addition to discussing the work and costs associated, and they sent me PDF receipts with photos of the work phases as well. I have a complete set of documentation through and through. We had a sheared off sewer out line with roots growing in part of it about 24 inside the curb. The Watermark office was wonderful to talk to as well, kept us updated on schedule and on the city permitting process (that they took care of for me as part of the job tasks!!) and even called and chased the City for us after the repair when they forgot to let anyone know the work done had been approved for re-burial in our yard!

Their pricing was super reasonable. For all the work we had done, the quality of the repair and the fact that you can't even tell they dug up a four foot deep pit in my yard AT ALL, the cost was $1500 LESS than I expected to pay. I used to sell plumbing, and I was there for my dad getting a couple of major plumbing repairs on this house over the years. This could have been a horror story and a half. I can't say enough how nice it was to work with them as a service provider on the whole, especially for plumbing work. Up front, clear, and very friendly and patient with my mom and with my ridiculous schedule, especially dealing with the City of C********* which can be the most frustrating experience known to man. I definitely recommend them.

Taylor and owner John did great job replacing a tankless hot water heater that died before its time. They contacted the manufacturer and were able get the actual unit replaced at no cost, only labor costs. While they were here, they explained everything thoroughly and even did a couple extra minor adjustments on faucets that were a little off no charge. Very respectful and clean employees. We also had them replaced a cracked toilet on the same visit. Took care with our floors during the process of getting it out. I recommend and will use again.

DO NOT USE THEM! I contacted this company for a simple project to install a couple of faucets in my warehouse. They sent a technician to evaluate the project 09/02 and charged me 70 dollars for the evaluation. The next day Thursday I called them to ask for a quote for the project. They said they were going to send me the quote but never did. Then Friday (09/04) the same thing happened. After the Labor Day long weekend, the same thing happened again on Tuesday (09/07). They said they were going to send me the quote but never did. Today is 09/08, still nothing. This is ridiculous. I have never seen anything like this. It is a simple project. Any commercial plumber company can do the job. I don't get it. It feels like they don't treat me seriously at all. Very bad experience.

Watermark Plumbing and their technician Jason did an amazing job and made quick work of a huge project: a flooded gas line in the middle of winter (no heat, no hot water).
Firstly, they were one of the only companies to answer their phones on the weekend and were able to schedule an assessment for Monday morning, when others were giving me quotes more than a week past that.
After a thorough investigation of the issue, they were able to get me quotes, line up a payment plan, and complete most of the work by the following day, including working with the city to get an expedited approval from the city on the work and getting the gas company to come out that evening.
I would highly recommend this company. They are fast, courteous and professional.

Do not use this company. They did some work at my house and I found out it was done incorrectly so I called them to come out and correct it. They use an answering service so you don’t talk to someone that actually works for the company, all they say is “I’ll have my supervisor call you”. I have called over 30 times and have never gotten a call back. Maybe they will respond when it’s my lawyer calling with a lawsuit.

I called Watermark plumbing to fix my bathtub tap after another plumbing company gave me a quote that looked unreasonable. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and advised next steps which cost me a fraction of the cost. Based on his guidance, the part was obtained from the manufacturer free of charge as it was under lifetime warranty and replaced with expertise that the other company clearly didn’t have. They couldn't even get the broken handle off the faucet for replacement and advised ripping off the tiles and changing the entire faucet and the tap. Wow, what a surprising plumbing experience. The 2 plumbers, Kelly and Taylor, arrived looking very tidy and professional. They were friendly and helpful as one repaired our sink that would not turn off, and the other did a plumbing inspection for us. Kelly explained things to me and even showed me how to use the emergency water shut off in our new home. Taylor noticed that our vent was closed and offered to open it since the ceiling was too high for me. Well above and beyond a typical visit from the plumber. We have used Watermark Plumbing twice. Both times the pros knew what the issue was and fixed it.
1st time was for a leak near the water meter. Turned out the connection to the sprinkler system failed. Jason and his helper dug the hole, found and repaired the leak. Then returned the next day to make sure it was good to go. The explanation of what had happened and what they did was clear. For the amount of time two men spent on this, the charge was more to my side.
2nd time was to install a replacement faucet (after this user's error in attempting to fix a minor issue, turned into a major one). Brian was on time and worked quickly to complete the work. Then spent the time to explain what to watch for if there was any future issues. On his own, looked at a bathroom stopper not working and Bam! fixed it in a minute.
I cannot recommend Watermark highly enough. They are thoroughly professional and have an excellent system to keep you up to date about appointments.

Bryan has to be one of the most disrespectful service people I’ve ever encountered. Haughty is not a redeeming quality in someone coming to serve you in your own home. Called them out in September to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. Call them back out in November as the Fossett was still leaking although at a slower rate than the original leak. Also had a toilet issue for them to address. They were over three hours late AND Tracked human waste through the house with their snake to unclog the toilet. They came back out again to address the NOT FIXED sink faucet... now they are saying the faucet is rusted and has to be replaced. Rusted.... Because they didn’t fix it right nearly 6 months ago and of course now it is rusted! Not only did the same person (Bryan) who did not fix it the first time tell me that it had to be replaced… He also had a TERRIBLE and condescending attitude telling me it was not leaking last time he came out. Oh.... and they charged me nearly 300 to fix (not fix) the faucet and have yet to offer any concession. If it were not for Tim who was very kindly patient while I vented my frustration... I would be Posting negative stars

We called and scheduled an appointment for a water leak for our upstairs bathtub on 8/15 - in less than 24 hours Watermark was out and had diagnosed and provided an estimated and repaired our problem. The leaking tub upstairs had faulty seals and needed a face-plate replaced and lift and turn replaced with new seals. With these repairs done at a very affordable rate we no longer had a leak and our problem was solved. Taylor our technician was honest, professional and on-time. We will use Watermark again and certainly refer them to friends and family with plumbing needs.

Watermark did a foundation leak repair for me that cost me $8k. They did not advise me to have the foundation fixed first. Now that the foundation has been fixed, the final plumbing test shows that there's a leak somewhere. And while Watermark does warranty their work, if you have foundation work done, it voids the warranty, which I kind of understand, but why didn't they tell me to wait until the foundation was fixed? What was the point of having the work done? I've very disappointed that I wasted $8k. While I think they're probably nice people personally, I feel duped and I would not recommend them.

Watermark did a great job getting my water heater repaired. The technician Jason was great. He troubleshoot the water heater and found the outgoing flex connection had a leak. He replaced the flex connector and then proceeded to light the pilot light on the water heater. The pilot light would not light quickly. Jason went the extra mile and after many attempts to light the pilot light took apart the pilot light control module and dried out the pilot light module. After re-assembling the pilot light module, the pilot light was ignited. Jason did a great job, most technician would have given up and told me I needed a new water heater. Thanks Jason

I like the texts and a picture of who was coming, along with a short bio of the person. Michael is knowledgable and friendly and was able to complete the job and provided advice. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I love Watermark Plumbing. I have used them once before and so far they have been consistently AWESOME. Both times they came out very quickly. VERY professional. Right after I called for an appointment I received an email with the details of the appointment. The next morning I had a text that gave me a picture and biography of the plumber coming out. The plumber, Bryan, gave me a call a few moments before coming to let me know he was coming and when to expect him. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I am very pleased with the job he did for me. We didn't really have a repair issue this time, they came out to do the annual service on our tankless water heater. (Until a few days ago I didn't even know they needed annual service) He even pointed out to me that our Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty for the original owner. That was a fact that I was not aware of and that our builder had not told us about. I highly recommend Watermark Plumbing

Bryan worked on my tank-less water heater last Friday and it was certainly a different experience from the other plumber that was here first. Instead of walking up to it and saying What the hell is this? he immediately went to work and fixed not only the problem that I knew that I had but several other things that were, unbeknownst to me, also causing me problems. Bryan was very personable and knowledgeable. Frankly I had previously been very satisfied with my previous plumber and had used them for over five years. While I did appreciate that the plumber that they sent did not waste my time and money trying to work on something that they apparently knew nothing about, I was very disappointed that they couldn't fix my problem. I plan on making Watermark Plumbing my first call whenever I need plumbing help.

My shower and toilet started backing up on Christmas weekend. I called Watermark first thing on Tuesday morning. Even though they were slammed with post-Christmas/post-freeze calls, they were able to get me on their schedule for Thursday. I had another functioning bathroom so I could wait a few days. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem (main sewer line clog), pulled the toilet, and cleared the blockage. The Watermark plumbers are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and solve the problem. I appreciate the service I receive from them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Michael came and pounded on our front door so hard it shook the house, every.single.time he went in & out.

They came in as a second opinion after another company (wish I wish we had gone with) detected a gas leak. They came in and didn’t even look at anything, just wanted to see the pics the other co. took and asked what their quote was. Evidently, they underbid, because our landlord went with them.

CoServ came 3 days ago and had to turn off the gas due to 3 leaks. Said the pipes in the ground were outdated and corroded, and needed replaced. When Michael “finished” in just a couple hours said that CoServ didn’t know what they were talking about and that they fixed the problem…

While they were here, had to ask where the furnace was… and just so rude the entire time. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend ever! We shall see if the city turns back on after testing the fixes…

I installed a water softner. Three problems.
1. The drainage was done poorly toward backyard. Therefore there's standing water all the time.
2. Promised city inspection for the drainage but didn't do for three months.
3. Promised backflow preventor certificate but didn't do for three months.
I called three time and the representative always say to call back or will send the certificate but didn't do it.

In my informed opinion, you'd be wise to look for plumbing solutions with anyone but Watermark. Don't believe their family friendly charade.

On day one, I pointed out the leak in the front yard. Asked them to fix it first. They insisted they knew better and brought out a contractor to detect leaks $$$. They dug a huge hole in the backyard only to find no leak. Leak detector came back twice...couldn't even find the leak they previously said was in back. Found no leaks except the one in the front yard that I pointed out. Such a waste of time.

It was a week later when they finally fixed the one leak in the front. It was a simple cut-and-replace job, yet they added two unneeded valves. I asked that they just replace the pipe section with the leak. That, plus the install of a shower valve (which I purchased), brought the total outlay to $3100.

The plumber, Aaron, said that I was entitled to a substantial refund. I've tried to work with the GM, Tim, on getting money refunded because even he said he'd make it right. After working with Tim for a month without results, he's obviously impotent to make decisions about much. Tim passes the buck saying the owner won't respond to him.

As if that were not enough, they left a mess of old parts in the front yard. Dishonest and awful.

We had a small gas leak and needed someone to come out right away because we didn't want to be without gas for an entire weekend during winter. Watermark was able to repair the leak and get an inspector out the same day (for an additional fee) and we were able to get our gas back on that same evening. They were very responsive and helpful.

Corey and Daniel were most pleasant to work with.
They diagnosed our leak, installed our new water heater and left the garage clean and with everything back in place. Corey clearly explained everything he was doing as the installation proceeded and appeared very competent.

Watermark is the expensive plumber you tend to want to avoid unless price/money isn't a factor. They schedule through an answering service and you won't get to talk to anyone from the company until they are at your front door and told there is a $39 fee due (I believe because after quoting their prices people decline service).
A main line clog was going to be ~$465 for the first hour of work and another $360 for the 2nd hour.
My clean out wasn't initially looked for and later not found and was quoted another $100 to pull a toilet.

The price is almost 3x as much as a few other plumbers, but they did show up at 8:30am after being called at 2pm the previous day.

I did not hire them to do the work, though I am sure they were fully capable.

Every experience I've had with these guys has been superb. In both instances I was able to get a plumber out the next day. They called me with a 15-30 minute notice and arrived promptly. They also explained everything they were going to do and gave me the complete rundown and pricing. I had to sign off on their work before they started anything, which I'm sure was for legal reasons. Perfectly understandable. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy before they left.

UPDATE....I give Watermark Plumbing 5+ stars! Recently I had a plumbing problem that involved a tie-in to the City of Dallas. Several members of the Watermark team went far beyond the extra mile to help me. Michael, my plumber, advised me to contact the city and even provided the name of the person I should call. Tim, the Operations Mgr, came to my home, early one morning, to view the problem and he personally made several calls to the City of Dallas on my behalf. After much effort by the Watermark team, the City completed their work and Watermark Plumbing got my system back in order and working as designed. I want to thank Michael, Tim, Jennifer, and all those from Watermark Plumbing who assisted me. Without your help, I would probably still have a plumbing problem and be fighting with the City.

VERY satisfied with Watermark Plumbing. They were prompt, VERY REASONABLY priced, and professional. My technician, Josh, kept us informed of every action he was taking and honored his initial estimate, even though he ended up doing some additional testing. I happily recommend Watermark Plumbing.

I paid $300 to rebuild a toilet less than a month ago. They told me over the phone it would be $200 and when they got here the plumber made up some excuse that it would be $300 instead of $200. I went ahead and paid it since they were already here. Since then the toilet has constantly been running. When they came back out today to look at it they claimed that something else needed to be rebuilt and that it would be another $250 to fix. That is absolutely ridiculous, considering that's what I paid them to do originally.

Plummer waiting early for me when I arrived. He assessed the problem and found an outflow valve that no other repairman had bothered to walk to the side of my house to check for. He cleared the stoppage, applied a coupon from online, and because his work was prompt and efficient, his charge was for 20 min reducing my overall bill. Amazing service. Professional. Jason came out to help repair an issue from work Watermark did for us in June. He was very helpful and walked me through everything. Very professional and knowledgeable. He even helped tighten a faucet that was slow dripping outside of the scope of what he came originally to do. Watermark took care of my issue as a warranty claim and there was no charge. Handled exactly as it should have been and it's appreciated!
