They were on time and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. Very professional and explained everything to me in layman’s terms (but not condescending). Appreciate the prompt and friendly service. Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting. In about a week, we now have extra closets and a stunning water heater that never runs out of hot water. Thank you, Tex, for your outstanding work and a job well done!
