I had an issue with the bill this company gave me for work done on an outside freeze guard faucet... I received a personal call from the GM of this company.
He explained how things got out of hand with a new trainee (without going into every little detail) and how a mistake occurred.
Final word...the company has offered to refund and hand deliver the entire amount charged.

This is the second time I've had work done by In-House Plumbing. Both were sewer leak repairs and both times they were professional and did very good work. These are the only plumbers I will ever call.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Emergencies happen, CPR Plumbing Service came to our rescue! We had turned on the faucet and was surprised by lack of pressure and quickly realized there was a leak and it was draining inside the house! I called CPR Plumbing Services, they made sure I knew how to turn the water off to prevent further damage and then arrived in about 15 minutes. They quoted me a price range and fixed the pipe within the wall in less than an hour. I couldn't believe how fast Taylor was at the repair and when finished I was told it would only cost the lower price from the price range that I was initially quoted. I called at 5:52 PM and no one answered. Maybe it's not 24 hours.

Randy came out the day I called and got the job done quickly and professionally. He even took a look at my clogged AC line as a courtesy but wasn't able to do anything with it (which is totally fine as that requires another specialized set of tools).

The reason I am leaving a 2 star review is due to the cost. Because Randy is very good at what he does it only took him 15 minutes to replace my thermostat (a $20 part on Amazon). $325 dollars later I realized I'm in the wrong profession. Maybe I'll start my own water heater fixing company so i can also make $1000 plus as my effective hourly rate...

I want to reiterate that Randy is a great guy and did a great job. I also realize not everyone would be comfortable doing what he did, but I could have easily done it myself in 30 minutes which includes the time it takes to research how to fix it. I know any form of home maintenance service is going to be very expensive, but this just seemed excessive, hence the review.

Highly recommend Aubrey Plumbing Company! Professional, good quality, and good communication. Price was fair and accurate to their estimate. Would use this company again.

I had a great experience using Texas Plumbing Solutions! I had several plumbing projects @ home I had been putting off. Finally bit the bullet and called them on a coworker’s recommendation. The guys showed up on time, they were courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. They knocked out all my projects one by one, didn’t waste any time, and left my place as clean as they found it. I highly recommend them!

I called them out for a gas leak I had been told I had by Atmos. They came out and responded pretty quickly and were nice.
However, without even checking for leaks it was recommended my entire gas lines needed replacing for $9,400.
I asked about testing for a leak and they told me the test will be expensive ($900) and was unnecessary because it is just going to tell them what they already know and that is I need a completely new system. In my mind I’m thinking if I’m going to spend the $9400 you say it’s going to cost for new lines, I’m going to need a little more convincing evidence.
So I called around and went with another plumber recommended by friends. The leak test was less than a quarter of what Koen quoted and they didn’t even try to tell me what was wrong or give me an estimate until they were done with their leak test.
Though the repairs were time and labor intensive, the entire system did not need to be replaced as was recommended by Koen.
I hate to give a local business such a terrible rating but I was pretty disappointed to feel ripped off by someone from my own neighborhood.

When I called Hole In One Plumbing last month to schedule someone to come out to repair our sewer lines, there was a long queue--and I realized it was for good reason. The estimate they gave us for the job was less than half of what I was quoted from another company (this company came out the same day I called and gave what I thought was a ridiculously high estimate). The final cost was the same as what we were originally quoted, even though they ended up doing a LOT more work than what was outlined in the quote (our house is really old). They really go above and beyond to make sure the job is completed successfully, and with extremely fair pricing as well.
