We had a great experience. I called on a Wednesday morning for a non-emergent leak under the kitchen sink and they came the next morning to check it out. They were able to change out our pipes and fix the issue within 2 hours.

These are the only people I call for anything plumbing related. Prompt, honest, polite, excellent, and fair.

After the great Texas freeze of 2021, we had a busted pipe in our garage. I called Drain Busters and although they (and every other plumber in town) were covered up with calls, they were able to fit me in quickly. Mitchell came out, found the leak, ran and got parts, and had our water back on faster than I expected. And on top of it, the price was extremely reasonable. I will use them again, and I will highly recommend them to my friends.

Drain Busters are professional, they are quick to respond and quick to answer.

Unfortunately, I hired them to fix an issue with a clog in my pipes. I hired them twice to assess and fix the problem. Their assessment was incorrect. I had to hire a contractor to open up a hole in my wall to expose the pipes in my house. It cost me $700 total for work that didn’t fix the issue.

I called them once more since my sinks were not draining, they tried to charge me $300 without any proof of photos of their second evaluation.

Others might have a better chance with them, but Drain Buster were not able to help me.

Respectful, did good work and at honest price!

Someone came out fast which was a plus but I’m not sure the guy had any plumbing experience. He couldn’t find the leak after an hour, then recommended we have someone remove the tub to find where the tub drain was leaking. He left a hole in the drywall and didn’t reconnect the drain stopper correctly so now I have to fix both of those on my own. Thankfully, he didn’t charge for coming out. Also, had another plumber come out, find the leak and repair within an hour so it apparently wasn’t that difficult.

Mitchell gave excellent service in repairing a toilet tank issue.. He was informative and professional in his work.

Hot water stopped working the night before, so I called at about 8:15am and Dale answered telling me somebody would be by around 11 or so. Mitchell showed up early and easily identified the issue. 4 hours later Mitchell and Damian were done installing a new water heater for about 1/2 of what i was expecting to pay. I will only use Drain Busters for plumbing issues moving forward. Thanks so much for your help!
