I had a water leak in my main supply line to the house where the line penetrated the concrete to go under the slab as determined by Fresh Water Leak Detection Co. In House came out right away on a slightly rainy and muddy day, cleared the small pond of water created from the leak, drilled the concrete and found a pin hole leak. They quickly fixed it.I am so happy as I had been living off stored water for quite awhile and could not do laundry or even use the dishwasher.

Jeff replaced a water heater in my condo. He was prompt and did a good job on a project that was a little challenging.

This is my 2nd time using CPR and Chad has come out and did an awesome job. He completed a water line 3 year ago and he by all means was the cheapest and did an awesome job. This time my water heater was flooding my garage and he came in 20 min to replace all of my hoses and pipes..I would recommend him over and over to eveyone. He will do a good job and do it right. Earl’s Plumbing was awesome! We had a pipe burst in our attic, fortunately it was over the garage, on Friday, 12/23. We called Earls’s at 2 PM and Danny Tucker was at our house by 4:15 PM and had the pipe fixed and water up and running again by 5:30 PM! Since we were not established customers, we really appreciated the quick response. Earl’s Plumbing saved our Christmas as we had family arriving from out of town that evening. The guys came out and installed a new kitchen fixture that I was having trouble with. The Bluefrog team was fast and provide a cost effective solution and were able to install it on the spot and also replace cold water shut off valve.

100% wrong diagnosis and 100% waste of my money for tankless water heater repair. It started with me having to help the technician on how to find the screws to open the heater. First thing the technician did is, not running a few basic diagnostics on the water heater, but calling the product manufacturer for troubleshooting it. As usual, manufacturer support team threw a few things because they are away and they cannot remote diagnostics. Finally , this technician told me that water dripped into heater and the element has to be cleaned. Good thing, I called other plumber, in 2 mins, without even opening the water heater, he cleaned the condensation vent, and the water heater worked like magic. I've learnt a lesson after paying the trip charge for nothing. I wish that this company has sent people who know basics of the tankless water heaters and specific models. When I asked them if they service specific models, they said Yes. Like I said, 100% wrong diagnosis and 100% waste of my money.

We had an issue at our house, built in the 1950s, in which the clothes and dish washers would drain our tub would begin to fill up with water from the washers, which are upstream.
