I hired In - House Plumbing to repair a slab leak. I was pleased in every area of my experience with this company and they charged about a third of what another company quoted. In this culture of unsavory business practices, it's a blessing to have a a company like In House Plumbing that doesn't chase dollars but chases integrity. If you ever find yourself in need of a plumber give them a try you won't regret it.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I needed the plumbing leak detection test due to part of the house/foundation had lifted by 1 inch. Jeff was ontime, walked me through the process and what each step entails. I shadowed him during the test and he took time to explain me what he was doing. There was no leak detected and he walked around the house and pointed me to what could be the possible causes e.g. over watering, leak in the gutter close to the suspect area of the house. I highly recommend Jeff for any plumbing needs.

CPR came out on a late Friday afternoon during the Feb 2011 'big freeze' for a broken water pipe.

They arrived in 15 minutes, and had the situation under control almost immediately and pipe identified & fixed within an hour.

I would DEFINITELY recommend them, especially for emergency plumbing needs.

I have not been disappointed - I purposely waited several weeks so I could accurately report on the quality of work. The work done has had no residual problems, no leaks and no issues. The entire experience was professional and fair - quick response, up front, accurate and fair estimates and the work is high quality. Texas Plumbing Solutions is fantastic! It is very rare that you find a company that has a staff who are extremely punctual, professional and can assess a problem and fix it very promptly. Smith and Son replaced an old water heater. They did an excellent job in a timely fashion and were very polite and respectful. I would recommend them without reservation.

Since Atmos does not relight gas inside we needed help with the water heater. Easy to go online and make appointments overnight

Great overall experience. Spoke to Richard and explained my issue. We are a repeat customer however wasn’t sure if they installed our hot water heater. They did not. I was impressed by the first impression with Richard and decided to make an appointment.

Cody and Eric showed up the next morning. Very professional and respectful. Quickly diagnosed an element needed replacing. Our system was under warranty. Cody took the time to get with manufacturer and secure the part kit. Anyone could have told me I needed an element and charged for the part. I would have been none the wiser. He installed the kit (2 thermostats and both elements) and showed me he left the working parts in case of future issue. The labor cost was well worth my peace of mind.

The reason I used respectful is the way Cody explained the issue. Because of my husbands health I have taken on the house repairs. He answered my questions and did not make me feel bad about my lack of understanding the mechanics of the hot water heater.

I will not have an issue in the future finding a plumber because they are my go to plumbing company! I will tell anyone who asks for a plumbing recommendation … call ENCO Plumbing.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.
