Our experience with In-House Plumbing spanned several weeks. All along the journey, the staff and workers were professional, patient, and responsive with all of the concerns/questions we had. Each phase of the project was explained before work began.We started when Rick came to the house to do a leak test. He did find a leak in the sewer lines and recommended an isolation test. Shawn, the owner, spent time with me on the phone going over information found on their web site related to how the isolation test would work. When the first isolation test was not as conclusive as Shawn was hoping for, he sent a crew out for a second test for further analysis. You want to be as precise as possible if you are talking about cutting a hole in the middle of your house. Once Shawn felt we had the best analysis we could get, he provided a video and diagram with multiple proposals. The detail of the information he provided was very helpful for this major decision. Shawn came to the house to review the situation personally and answer more questions. The decision was made to do a re-route of the sewer lines. We had plumbers in the yard for several days. Working through the August heat, humidity, and a 3 inch rainfall was a challenge, but they completed their tasks as quickly as possible. The following week, Shawn sent a crew to the house to ensure everything was completed based on our agreement and to our satisfaction.Because of the professionalism, attention to customer concerns, and the desire to provide quality work, we will be calling In-House Plumbing for any future plumbing needs (hoping they will only be minor ones).September 2021A couple of weeks ago we had an issue with the AC drain line being stopped up. So, we began cleaning that out and it seemed the in-ground 2-inch drain pipe was backing up. We could not see a flow of water in the clean out pipe so we began to wonder if the pipe had been connected to the re-route done by In-House Plumbing back in 2017. Made a call to them and Willy came out and checked things out. In addition, Shawn, the owner, made a special trip to the house to assess things as well. They had connected the AC drain to the re-route and Willy was able to get a full water flow into the clean out. He further explained why we probably didn't see that a couple of weeks ago. They could have stopped there, but they didn't. The drain pipe was actually below where the dirt level should be (which was part of the problem) so Willy took the time to add an extension and make sure we could still access things to keep a check on the AC drain. Shawn also made a suggestion to help isolate the area while protecting the foundation.I have had VERY GOOD experiences with In-House Plumbing from talking with the ladies in the front office to the professionals who come to the house to do work. I absolutely would give them 5-stars.

Stan and his son came out and replaced our Garbage Disposal and a washer on the back faucet which was causing our faucet to drip all day.all night. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

The plumbers always do a good job.
The cost is always high, but upfront and I feel ok paying the higher cost for the almost always a quality job that they do.

Made an appoint to fix hot water heater. They said 5 days, then called back and said it would be 3 weeks before they could come out. Dishonest people. Do not use!!

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

This is the most honest company to call for any plumbing service, I been told on the phone what to look for to resolve the problem in detail at no charge, this is very rare these days, thank you so much for the useful consultation you provided over the phone

Absolute criminals. Please do not use these guys. I called them instead of my normal plumber because these guys were readily available on an urgent repair. They recommending replacing the sewer line in the yard which was already PVC (which I was unaware of), which of course did not fix the issue but they happily charged me $5.5 K, - the issue was the cast iron piping underneath the house. I wasn't made aware at the time that the repair would stop at the house so several weeks later, when the same back up happens, they informed me of the house to alley mis repair but then stated I likely had two problems. Of course the plumber that diagnosed the issue is no longer an employee for them. Great.

Fredrick did a great job for us. Came out in the evening at a convenient time for us, was friendly and professional, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Second time using this company and will definitely use again if we need to!

Needed a last minute test done on a house we were selling and he and his guys came that day and did it. Awesome service, will definitely call again!

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.
