I, previously, had a service completed by Air Pros on 4/5/2021, but they had to return because my unit didn't work after they left on 4/5/2021. Shawn, service manager came out and checked my unit anew. $7,250 later....I ended up getting a new unit. He was here from 10a - 1:31p trying to get things organized with financing. I felt some pressure to get option 1 versus option 2, mainly because I try and discern the level of honesty with service companies. But, they really tried to appease me since my initial experience with them wasn't all that great. I appreciate them for that.

I am disappointed and a bit bewildered. The energy and vigor that the salesman (Shawn) exhibited in getting me to buy with Air Pros isn't the same when my unit stopped working today, after only 4 3/4 months, of installation. My family and I are sitting here with a temperature of 89° inside and 102° outside!!!! R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!!!!!! I DO NOT FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER. I guess value depreciates IMMEDIATELY after sale?!?! 🤔😏😳
9/6/2021 Going into day 3. No AC. No call. No text. No email still from a tech noting ETA. 6 different receptionists indicate that they can't contact a tech directly to check on ETA. Funny...when in the sales process, they could 🤔🤔🤔. Post sales and installation, they only take the calls (messages) and give to a dispatcher. 92° inside all day yesterday. Sent family to a friend's. I stayed....JUST IN CASE...a repair tech MIGHT contact me with their ETA...alas....NADA

Jose took photos, explained what he did, provided suggestions, and put bleach in the water line thingie. Maintenance service was great. Thanks.

I didn't want to be too hasty in writing this review. I wanted to wait until after a few days...I am prepared to share my experience. It took a week for Alan (AirPros) to troubleshoot and finally figure out what was going on with my brand new unit. Mannnnnnnnnnnn, was I getting frustrated!! I am sure both Mr. Martinez and Mr. Ross were flustered as well. It was very hot for myself and my family, especially the children were suffering. Texas heat's no joke, but God blessed us with a few cool breezes, fresh rain, and cool evenings. During the day was the worse though.
Over the 8 days, I have witnessed Mr. Jose Martinez's and Mr. Alan Ross' due diligence and I DO APPRECIATE THEIR EFFORTS from 10/08/2021-10/15/2021. The unit was finally running fine on 10/25/2021. I pray it continues to do so moving forward. Thanks, fellows!! To be continued....
