GEM Plumbing Company in Allen, certainly has the best plumber in this area. Stan is extremely professional and detailed in his work. I have recommended him to all our friends, and they are impressed. He has worked on our toilets, faucets and hot water heater. The hot water heater was an enormous job and this was completed in a timely manner. Every experience we have had with GEM Plumbing was completed with exceptional results. His customer service is the best!

Nathan, the plumbing technician that repaired our leak was above all, very professional, but also friendly, courteous, and prompt. He called me personally during each step of the process, and focused on doing the safest and least invasive repair given the nature of the hot water line slab leak. Clean up was stellar. We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for years and will continue to do so, and would recommend calling them if you find yourself in need of a repair.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

As first time homeowners, a plumbing repair can seem really daunting but not with Jeff and Thorough Plumbing. He explained every step of the process and made sure we understood what needed to happen and what our option were. He never made us feel like we couldn’t ask questions or get a deeper explanation. After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Quality of plumbing repair was typical of an average plumber. Pricing was outrageous. Scheduling was difficult - had an appointment on Friday morning, the guy came and looked at the issue (apparently the initial appointment is not for plumbing but for some sort of scheduler to come out???) - I had opened the drywall to expose a plumbing leak in the upstairs bathroom, and there was a leak at the valve at the house in the main line from the street / meter. Was given estimates based on worst-case repair of line from the street, which would require replacement of the entire line, or repair of supply line somewhere under the slab (issue was neither - the valve had given way and needed to be replaced). Guy scheduled service maybe Saturday or probably Monday, depending on availability of plumbers. Plumbers came on Saturday afternoon, with no call letting us know when they would arrive. Leak in bathroom was repaired, although they did not relieve pressure in the line before cutting the pipe and made a mess in the wall and the kitchen below. The main line leak issue was identified as the valve and repaired. They insisted the repair estimate applied and that the correct pricing for replacing a valve is thousands of dollars.
