Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

These guys came out to replace my water heater that busted during the freeze. I talked to Bobby on the phone and he got someone out for emergency service within an hour of when I called!! The guys were knowledgeable about each type of water heater and helped me understand which would be the best for my home. They even gave me an 8 year warranty hot water heater for the price of a 6 year water heater!! I will use their services for everything going forward, great job guys you earned a lifelong customer right here! I recommend this company to everyone needing any type of plumbing service.

We chose In-House to re-plumb our house because we had cast iron pipes. They were done in 3 days with our 3100 sqft home. They were on time, quick, and answered all my questions.

We used Stan and his team when we were is North Dallas. When we moved to the DFW airport area we were in need of a plumber for our new place.We continued to use him because we trust Stan. We never feel that we are being swindled. Stan explains what he is doing and why. He even teaches you about plumbing. He is reliable and his crew is trustworthy. Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Can’t say enough good things about the service I got from Jeff today, Bottom to top professionalism and a very THOROUGH job! Had to replace a tankless water heater (under warranty) and he not only called the manufacturer to help me get it replaced but also picked up the new tank, installed it, and dealt with hauling away the old unit.

He gained a customer for life out of this experience.

These guys are the best. We've called them at least a dozen times over the last 8 years and we always get the same guy who knows his craft and does quality work. We've never had an issue with their work once it was done. I would highly recommend this company and it's services.

Two times I've had to use CPR Plumbing and both times they've knocked it out of the park. From a simple shower faucet fix to finding a break in my sewer line from roots, they've never let me down. 10/10 will return to them again if anything else goes wrong.

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.
