Best Clogged Kitchen Sink in Plano TX

Sorry, had to downgrade the review. Three weeks after having to have plumbers here two different days, the issues are exactly right back at square one. Even after choices to not shower downstairs, and to use the facility sparingly, we are flooded again with toilet water. New service call plus $119 Saturday fee. Original $225 bought us three weeks of limited usage.

I'm leaving a couple of stars because the service has always been courteous. I'm certain DNA/Triple Crown gets things done elsewhere, but just not here.

Jackie was very nice. He educated me on the tests he was performing so I could understand his findings. He answered all of my questions and did so respectfully. He was very knowledgeable, and respectful, he even took his shoes off when he came inside even though I didn't ask him to.

Plumber was GREAT and knew what he was talking about explained everything to me and was very polite..I will definitely uses company again!!

We had a broken pipe in front of our hone. Robert & Sanchez did a great job. They were like detectives finding and repairing the leak. Will definitely use Rodgers plumbing again! Shirley o. The dispatch was also wonderful, responsive and kind!!

Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

Unprofessional; called to have an estimate regarding a hot water tank and instead of assessing the issue he compounded the problem by opening the valve and spraying water everywhere causing further damage and soaking the area of the attic floor and ceiling below that had already been dried.

Not only did he make the problem worse, he left the light on in the attic, left the door ajar, and then hid in his vehicle for over 10 minutes writing up an absurd estimate that is near triple the price of any other plumbing company.

My husband broke the shower knob in our master bathroom at 11pm last night. We ended up cutting the water to the house because the metal piece behind the knob was stripped. While my husband was trying to find the cut off valve outside, I started looking for a 24 hour plumber and I stumbled across Best Quality Plumbing on Google. I called and told the guy the situation and sent pictures. They were willing to send someone right away, but I schedule an appointment for 8am since I didn't know how long it would take to repair. The tech pulled up at 7:55am. He explained the issue to husband and walked him through the plan to fix it. Prices were fair and the tech didn't charge us for anything unnecessary. This is what 5 star services looks like :-) Thanks!

They came in on time and fixed my clogged drain in 30 min. Very fast and professional.

I called Anthony at Aubrey Plumbing on Monday morning about my water heater. He came out of hat afternoon and had a new water heater installed and running by 4:30 the same day. He and the other two men were professional, timely and made sure the new water heater and installation were up to new codes. I will definitely use Aubrey Plumbing for any future work.

These are the most can do plumbers I have ever encountered. They have helped us with multiple problems but today they amazed me.
It's 2/23/22 and freezing. We have no heat because 2 days ago Atmos detected a gas leak outside the house.

They came exactly when promised, fixed it and worked with Atmos to get the gas turned on today.....something that I understood to be highly unlikely. Cannot say enough about how grateful I am and .....our dogs really liked them.

I've used T.A.M. Plumbing for around 3 years now and as long as they are in business (hope forever) they are the only plumbing company I'll ever use. I live in a home built in 1974 in the Carrollton suburb. These older homes come with ALL types of plumbing issues. T.A.M. has tackled each and everyone of them as they've arisen.
Their work is excellent, prices are fair, employees are all very knowledgeable and they just don't mess around. Mentioning employees, the newest has been with the company 12 years. That speaks volumes!
I really hope the next time you have a plumbing issue or problem you'll contact this company. You will be treated with respect and get all the answers you need!

I called them out for a gas leak I had been told I had by Atmos. They came out and responded pretty quickly and were nice.
However, without even checking for leaks it was recommended my entire gas lines needed replacing for $9,400.
I asked about testing for a leak and they told me the test will be expensive ($900) and was unnecessary because it is just going to tell them what they already know and that is I need a completely new system. In my mind I’m thinking if I’m going to spend the $9400 you say it’s going to cost for new lines, I’m going to need a little more convincing evidence.
So I called around and went with another plumber recommended by friends. The leak test was less than a quarter of what Koen quoted and they didn’t even try to tell me what was wrong or give me an estimate until they were done with their leak test.
Though the repairs were time and labor intensive, the entire system did not need to be replaced as was recommended by Koen.
I hate to give a local business such a terrible rating but I was pretty disappointed to feel ripped off by someone from my own neighborhood.

Steve was great! He arrived on time and was able to fix our garbage disposal quickly. Definitely recommend.
