Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.

Very Thankful for their service. Price is reasonable. Service is great. Courteous and Professional. Absolutely satisfied with quality of work. Saved them as Favorite for my future work need. Will share their info in my network as needed. Thank you Stan for your work and help.

Have used them on multiple projects. This last time new tech came onsite and did requested work. Then took a water pressure test after work was done. No tech has ever done this. He then said that he wouldn't warranty the work he just did unless I payed over $3,000 for some pressure regulator. Trash practices.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

My family has used casto leak detection for the last year and half or so and have had nothing but great experiences with Brian and his team of plumbers. They found and repaired two leaks, replaced a leaking faulty water heater and a few other small repairs. Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

Two separate days and toilets are still not fixed
Was told by tech one he doesn’t know how to work on it and the other he new was not fixed when he left the first time and the tank needs to be pulled. Found out tonight they lied to the warranty company claiming there are missing parts and there is not

I am so thankful that I found Dean’s plumbing! I had a plumbing emergency last week, water was pouring out of my outside faucet and running into my neighbors yard, even after I had it “repaired” by a competitor. These guys are great ! Great work, service and personable through the jobs they did for us, one was replacing all galvanized with copper in the whole house, me and my wife are very happy we hired John and his crew and the work is solid, probably isnt the cheapest but we found it fair enough for the jobs getting done well and right, you wont be disappointed if you hire these guys.
