I called the place who installed my AC six years ago. The tech said my condenser was out along with some other stuff which came out to 4K. I called Devard’s to get a second opinion. They said the condenser probably was fine and fixed my AC for 525. I now have a new go to AC repair company. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We called Benjamin Franklin to unclog our sink. We were notified when Corey was on his way and could even track him. He arrived within the timeframe they gave us and had his mask. Corey figured out the problem quickly, fixed it, and was on his way.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Chuck helped with our kitchen remodel moving our kitchen sink over a little, and moving our dishwasher to the opposite side of the sink. He adjusted the plumbing to fit the new sink orientation and countertop height, and installed the new sink, faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher. He was very responsive when the gas stove connection was accidentally turned on during our cabinet placement. He came as soon as he got the call because it was a gas issue and he will not delay for gas emergencies and he helped confirm there was no leak. He then installed a cap so that it would not happen again. Chuck explained all the details of what he discovered and fixed, such as a pipe within a pipe inside my drain pipe and the surprise downdraft vent we discovered beneath the cabinet. He is always happy to answer questions and try to help you understand what is going on.

Called and a gentleman named Brant - not an answering service but an actual plumber - picked up. Within minutes, his colleague Taylor aka The Moen Whisperer was at our home. Canon and Jordan were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, punctual, and left our house cleaner then it was when they arrived. They took great care and patience to explain different options. They were able to troubleshoot and repair a difficult shower leak and save us from what might have been some very costly special order replacement parts (and would have delayed the repair). While they were here, they noticed a slight gas leak from our water heater that we were unaware of, and they took care of that as well. We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.
