This company has a good reputation, but I am even more impressed with the service that I got today. We had a pipe break at our office and our employees nor our clients could use the facilities. I called on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and in less than an hour, Tim Schadel was out at the property to help me. The parts that we needed he didn’t have on his truck, so he hurried down to the supply store, and that the guy to stay open so he could get the parts. He then came back and in less than 30 minutes repaired everything as good as new. I would definitely recommend him in this company.

Jay was quick to get me an appointment and James provided great service. James called with an estimated arrival time and was on time. James removed the old water heater from a tight fit replaced it. Great job

Very informative, they take video so u can see what is happening in your system, cracks,roots,rodents etc.. we had old galvanized,clay and concrete drainage and had it 'nudrain' incredible stuff will let u know more when it's finished.

Have used Quail plumbing numerous times and both family and friends have been happy with quality and value.

BTW - Ignore the map. They've helped me across Maricopa County, even once at O'dark:30. Just call 'em.

Dug up and repaired Sewer line that had roots growing into it. The Second Opinion team is the best in the Valley!

Chad with rapid rooter is great. I had him install whole house filtration and RO system in my previous house it was great. When I moved to my current home I had him install it again before I even moved in! Also was great when I needed a kitchen faucet replaced that I couldn’t easily access

We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.

Paul is awesome. Squeezed me in late on a Friday when my garbage disposal was losing it's mind. He showed-up and there was water all over the floor and sink. He got right to work and within an hour I had a new disposal and he was cleaning up the work area. Charged me a fair price. If I have any other plumbing issues, Paul is goint to be my man.

Our faucet installation was excellent. Jody was personable, knowledgeable and a joy to meet. Gabby, Customer Service, is also wonderful to work with, easily resolving questions or problems.

Mark came out to do an assessment of my plumbing. I already had two quotes from other businesses to line the outgoing plumbing. Mark arrived on time, clearly communicated the process with me and provided additional information (articles etc) based on my questions. Mark and Brandon did a great job though there were a couple of unexpected issues that arose due to the age of my house. Mark honored the original quote though it ended up being a bigger job than anticipated. He also came back the next week to make sure the drains were running properly, and they were :) Thank you for your help and I highly recommend using this company.

Joe is a professional! I have a 10 year old home in anthem. I have been loyal to proskill plumbing for years, Not anymore. Joe repaired a leak in the copper water line that enters the house. The repair was in a difficult spot and not the easiest job to complete. His 17+ yrs. experience in the business will open your eyes to what quality and professionalism is! He finished the service with a check of all the plumbing in my house and found two issues that the other plumber missed or didn't care. Joe is the man to call! The Cost of the service was very fair.

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

We had a major emergency on a Saturday night. We called Green Star and Gabriel came out within an hour. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the issue. He was able to fix the issue in record time and give us some tips to prevent it from happening again. We are very thankful to have found such an amazing plumbing company and technician.

The project was large and took multiple days, and during that time they kept in constant communication with myself and my tenants on the work that was being done. They did a great job, were friendly, on time, and always took my phone calls and answered my questions. Very professional, great service, highly recommend them for your plumbing and sewer needs.

Mountain Ridge came out and properly fixed my shower drain after two unsuccessful repairs by my home warranty plumbing company. If I knew the quality of repairman the Warranty used I would have never purchased it and just kept a few good companies like Mountains Ridge in my contacts and saved the hassle.
