Best General Repairs in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

So grateful for Ernesto who showed up from hero home services. He was here for no longer Than 30 minutes and assessed the situation and was able to fix the issue I was waiting to get fixed for over 12 hours. We had benjamin Franklin plumbing here for over 3 hours and they weren't ble to tackle the job nearly as good as Ernie. I'm a disabled person and can depend on heroes like Ernie to fix my problems. Thank you so much! I will be recommending hero home services to all my friends and family without a doubt!

I was having my septic emptied and inspected. I was told to expect them to come out between 6-8am. I was expecting the latter but they were at my house early and done in no time. Super friendly and efficient. When I called the office with questions the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Deptic Technologies for septic work!

On 27 Aug. 2019 Andrew from Option One fixed a broken irrigation pipe for Bolivar/Forrest HOA. Since that date the station for that part of the system will not come on. After bringing this issue to Option One on 9 Oct. 2019 I was reminded that I was calling 10 days past the warranty expired and that I would be charged for another visit. Andrew's shovel was the only one involved, obviously clipping or breaking the wiring when reburied. I cannot recommend Option One Plumbing when they will not stand behind their work. Technician came out and did not quote price before starting work. He tightened a fastener with one turn of a wrench on the city side of the meter and the leak was fixed. Even though he stated me nor the company should touch the city side. Asked him what I owed him and after 10 minutes on his tablet he csme back with a 250 plus dollar bill. Horrible experience with this company. Will use another company on Google search next time I need a service.
