Daniel did a super job on education and installation of a water pressure regulator valve for my home. He observed COVID etiquette and there were no hidden costs. I will use BF again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Travis Rayburn came to service our house after we had a plumbing emergency with multiple backed up bathrooms. He was great, helped us locate our clean outs and was able to help clear our lines. Very professional and got the work done quickly. Even booked us a follow up. All in all, a very good experience.

i would not recommend this company to anyone since they are not honest people to work with. They double dipped by collecting the fees from the Home Warranty Company and charging our tenant the what they called uncovered parts fees on top of the regular service call fee. Our manager at that time was a little naive and paid for that extra amount without permission from the owner first. When we contacted the Home Warranty Company to clarify the extra amount, we were told the claim was approved for repair without additional charge. We were advised to contact the Laszlo's Plumbing for a reason why and we did but nobody responds back to our message. This just indicates Laszlo's Plumbing is just a cheater who's not responsible for the action they did. So my advice is DO NOT use this company or you will get ripped off.

We wanted to especially commend Thomas Keane for his professionalism, very competent work, and dedication to solving our plumbing needs. He went above and beyond our expectations and worked dillegently until the work was completed. We will certainly call George Brazil for any future plumbing needs. Chas Roberts was the install company for our new build. We are 1-1/2 years living in our new home, The AC suddenly stopped working. We called for an Emergency service call. Was told 10 days before anyone would be here. (Mid July in AZ). There customer service is horrible. I have talked to a few neighbors that have had the same issue. Do not use this company for any of your AC needs. If I could give a no star review I would. they were willing to leave my family and I to figure it out.

Regular service on reverse osmosis water system (replaced four filters). Good professional job. Cost, however, was much higher than I expected (about twice what we've paid on the past). I doubt I will use then again for this service.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

I decided to use family owned Wild West Plumbing Co after seeing many online referrals from Scottsdale Living Facebook group. The owner Mitch (wearing his cowboy hat!) came out to give me a quote on replacing an old water softener and a shower cartridge. I appreciated the time he spent explaining everything along with a providing a few options. Scheduling was a breeze and the technician Brent did a great job with the installs. He ended up having to drive to 5 stores to find my particular shower cartridge but he took that in stride as he was determined to finish the job that day. I am happy to support this smaller (and newer) family owned business. Having had some less than stellar experiences from some “well known” plumbing companies, bigger is not always better.
