Doug Wyman installed a kitchen faucet for us. Did a great, professional job, and the price was what he quoted.

James was the plumber that we had and he was AMAZING. Could not have asked for a better experience. He did an amazing job repairing what another plumber tried to fix and also came back a separate time to install the new faucet in the kitchen, fix the valves in our two master bathroom sinks and put in what seemed to be a complicated shower panel so quick and easily! We will be using James for all of our plumbing needs from now on!

Roy checked out our aging water softener and gave us many options on how to proceed- He also installed a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen and to the ice maker line on our refrigerator. Roy was most pleasant and answered all of our many questions. Highly recommend him and hope to have him back should we have need of his expertise!

Mike was on time he was very professional and efficient. Was not aggressive did the minor repairs. This is why I like Donley they never try to sell you something or fix something that doesn’t need fixing. We’ve been coutomers for about 10 years or so.

Horrible, their guy who was to do the prep painting checked out the patio the day before and said no problem, then the next day he refused to do the job. He had plenty of room to work on the overhead and just walked away saying he would no do it.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. Our AC stopped working on Sunday, and I was panicking. So I took Monday and started looking everywhere when I found Ace. Unlike the other companies that could get me an appointment two days out, Ace was able to come out the same day! Aubrey our tech explained everything in terms I (a simply nerdy wife) could understand. The pricing was not bad either! Will totally be working with Ace in the future!

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.
