Danny came to replace a valve on our water heater and made us aware of a dangerous situation we wouldn't have been aware of. The quote for a new water heater and installation was very fair. Danny's service was very quick and responsive and he's got a great personality. We were very pleased overall.

All the guys doing the work did a good job, But now that the work is paid for I am getting ignored by Jasen the supervisor who told me 3000$ was covered by insurance.But now he won't give an invoice & is repeatedly ignoring my request..

We were desperately seeking a plumber , our drain had clogged and was very badly stopping up. It was on a saturday , my husband called from the yellow pages , found the number of HERO HOME SERVICES , Mr. BERTIN came on the scene , very graciously let us know how the problem came about , fixed it and also how we can maintain it for future occurences . Paul at American Discount Plumbing is very knowledgeable and reliable. He came out to our house right away to check out our hot water heater that was leaking. He quoted us a great price (compared to another large plumbing company) on both the parts and installation for a tankless water heater and also a whole house water treatment system. He was very pleasant to work with and always showed up or called when he said he would and was careful to make sure the job was done right. We ended up having him also replace a 2nd water heater in our RV garage as a preventative measure. The tank would not flush as there was too much sediment build up from not flushing on a yearly basis. My mom also had her hot water heater replaced by Paul and he installed and plumbed her BBQ island sink. She was very pleased with his work also. We definitely recommend Paul and American Discount Plumbing.

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

We called Water Heaters Only a month ago to replace our old heater as it was original to our home. Don S. arrived at our home two days later (they could have come earlier, but our schedule didn’t allow). We thought we were only getting a quote that day, but once he got that together he said if we approved it he could get right to work that day! The price was fair and we agreed to it and Don got to installing it immediately. He was very professional and a total sweetheart! I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!
