We had a water heater go out on us last year. Colin came out to save us. He did not try to over sell us. He put up with a lot of questions and did not pressure us with anything. We liked him so much we asked him to return to fix another problem and then another. Request him every time. He’s personable and patient and never judges us. We are grateful to have someone we trust with our plumbing issues. Plumbing is not cheap but we know the work is done well. If we had any problems, it was fixed asap.

First they're a couple that answers their phones! Also a friendly, professional group who do quality plumbing work.

I needed a new water heater so I called 5 different companies and Deer Valley Plumbing was the only company that gave me a quote over the phone and do same day service. They arrived fairly quickly and their service tech (Joseph) was very friendly and professional!

We had a great experience. Our water heater busted and we were able to get a new one installed within 24 hours. We were even able to get an earlier appt due to a cancellation on the same day. Plus their quote was a few hundred less then the other two we received. We feel really good about the service and price!

Our older Moon Valley home has some tricky plumbing. Alex and Jr really took the time to listen to my wife and I, and understand our needs prior to the work. In spite of difficulties, they worked hard to fix my plumbing issue, and left the place neat and clean. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Price was exactly as anticipated, and given the work effort, turned out to be a huge bargain for me. I have a new plumber!!

Last Friday I had them come out and found out there was an issue with a electric dampener. The heat was running all the time.
They replaced it today and then found out that the duct portion was not really correctly connected. Not good quality control.

Gary Garcia was my tech and was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He was very thorough and walked me through all the options before performing the service. After installing the new thermostat, he took me through the wi fi set up and made sure it worked perfectly before leaving.
