They had to reschedule based on the work that had to get done but I was very pleased. Had a number of faucets that had slow to no hot water coming out of them. Guys flushed the lines and we were back in business.

Mark Johnstone showed up on time and was very professional! MARK IS WONDERFUL! I used a promotion they were having to unclog 1 drain for $55. They beat all the other plumbers out there! Trust me I've used the others and they pull the bait and switch on you once they show up.

Mark went right to work trouble shooting the clog I had in my kitchen sink. He used the big snake to clear the clog through the clean out. He also provided knowledgeable information as to possible reasons why the clog keeps occurring. Recommended BioClean to maintain clear drains. He was done in less than 45 minutes. HONEST PLUMBERS!!

Irate 5 stars because rotorazer was awesome my sinks backed up on a Sunday and Casey called me right away and he told me exactly when he was going to be here and he was here right on time he offered me to come over later in the evening because he had some jobs during the day and I said that was great so he came over and he was totally knowledgeable of the situation hero told out the Trap and got my drains running perfectly he was very knowledgeable about how old the house was and the situation the Trap was in told me what I could do on my four other options for me to call that call rotovac and if I want to get the hydro thing done so all in all it was an awesome awesome experience Casey was very very pleasant personable efficient and professional he deserves 5 stars and you are lucky to have an employee such as him thankthank you Edwin Archer

We came home to a leak in our backyard irrigation system that had most likely been going all day. We quickly turned off the main water line and called All Hours Plumbing so we wouldn’t have to go a night without water. Our technician, James, arrive right at the time they projected and quickly got to work assessing the source of the leak. He was very communicative about pricing and what he was going to do before doing it. He founds the source of the leak and capped it for us in a matter of hours and gave great advice for assessing the spot of the leak for the next few days before filling back in the hole. James was great to work with, very friendly with the cats who live in our backyard, and so efficient in his work. Thanks to him we could take showers after dealing with the muddy mess before he arrived. Would highly recommend!

Loved technician Ron. He's a real plumbing guru! After dealing with several other plumbers sent to us by our home warranty company, I finally feel that our plumbing issues will be taken care of properly. Ron was professional, extremely thorough, and explained everything every step of the way. He's very pleasant and easy to work with. Everything was put back in place the right way and he even locked the padlock on our gate before he left. I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

While they are very nice people i felt i was way overpriced, while supplying everything except a 6 inch piece of copper i was charged approx. $300. hr. for labor which was more than double the estimates i had received from 2 other highly rated plumbing companies. In short i felt Gouged will not use again.
