Apointment scheduled easily, service was scheduled for between 2 and 5pm, the crew arrived just after 2. Started and finished and were gone before I knew it.

I worked with Moon Valley Plumbing (Service Tech: Alex Crocker) on two occasions. Emergency plumbing issues are never our best moments. Emotions are running high and fear is looming. Moon Valley was the assigned company via City of Phoenix Warranty services. From the scheduling person to the follow person and everyone in between; I would recommend Moon Valley. I have a home warranty and am familiar with the process of assigned warranty business. I am aware that they don't net as much revenue and therefore don't be shocked if you don't get above and beyond service. Moon Valley Plumbing treated me and my family like we were customers for life. From the immediate scheduling (entered the request before 8am), to realistic time setting, expectation setting, meeting/exceeding expectations, personable, friendly, information providing and solution based professionals they make plumbing trauma an almost enjoyable experience. Being in the service industry; when people can make a tough situation not so tough; to the point that you are almost glad that it happened because you learned something and dealt with kind, professional people...THAT IS A FIVE STAR organization!

The spaces he worked at was kept clean and he put on shoe booties for me because I needed to keep my studio mats clean. This was our 2nd repair to where our watering system connected to the main. The first was done. But a while later noticed leaking in the same area. James Estes came out. He found water was constantly moving the meter. He then had me turn on the drip after I told him I thought it might be the drip bacause it had dried up since I called the day before. As soon as I turned it on, I knew it was a completely different leak. James talked with the office and went for the part. Turned out they sold him the wrong part, so he went again. I am so thankful for Ben Franklin Plumbing. They are always courteous and professional and give you the bottom line.

2 Visits were needed, one to diagnose and second to do repair. This meant 2 waiting times of 4 hours each. Service was done well but was pricey for the simple repair.

Richard was on-time, friendly, informative and professional. Not to leave out,, he fixed the issue. We will use this company again, due to experience with Richard.

DVP has always been awesome to us. We can contact them anytime and they always just say YES we can! Their technician Joe B. is super. They have the reliability of a friend.

I called and requested service and was told I had a 30 warranty. Unfortunately I had to call them back because the problem wasn't fixed.

I was greeted with sorry excuses of why it didn't get fixed and implying blame.

I was questioned on the receipt over the phone which seemed like an excuse to weasel out of it.

I was told that they had more important service calls to attend to and asked me to wait for a call back with no set time or date. I waited and waited... and waited

I made a follow up call to at least get an approximate time and date.

Again to be reminded that they have more important work to do and went on to provide examples and comparisons of their bigger issues according to them. I wouldn't call you if I didn't think I had a problem. Again I was told I would have to wait. I informed her/him that my situation was a problem

and was offered no help.

All Anthony's Plumbing does is take your money and forget about you and the bad service they render.

We came home to a leak in our backyard irrigation system that had most likely been going all day. We quickly turned off the main water line and called All Hours Plumbing so we wouldn’t have to go a night without water. Our technician, James, arrive right at the time they projected and quickly got to work assessing the source of the leak. He was very communicative about pricing and what he was going to do before doing it. He founds the source of the leak and capped it for us in a matter of hours and gave great advice for assessing the spot of the leak for the next few days before filling back in the hole. James was great to work with, very friendly with the cats who live in our backyard, and so efficient in his work. Thanks to him we could take showers after dealing with the muddy mess before he arrived. Would highly recommend!
