I called due to some electrical concerns after moving into our new home. I have used Parker and Sons many times in the past and have never been disappointed. Mitch ( the election) was amazing. He took the time to address all of my concerns and even talked me through the process of some upgrades. He was very personable and made sure we understood completely. Nor did he try to upset or pressure us into anything. Best of all I'd the great pricing and quick service. I highly recommend everyone give them a call!

George Brazil is awesome!! Ty S, Rafael and Ruben came to test and seal my duct work. They were professional and wonderful to work with. They brought in plastic and tarps to cover everything under the ducts to make sure nothing got messed up. They were efficient in finishing all of the ducts in a timely manner. Moon Valley is great!! I needed pipes rearranged in my bathroom and they did a great job. The gentleman that came out worked really fast and was out in no time. A little while ago I also needed to get my water heater replaced and I had Moon Valley come out and helped me get all that straightened out. I am very happy with the work they've done at my house. Donley came out to repair an A/C system and they diagnosed the problem immediately. They proceeded to clean out a clogged drain pipe that was in the garage (very easy access) and it took only about 10 minutes to clear out the clog with compressed air and then pour water through it (only one plastic zip tie was needed during the repair, no other parts). For the few minutes they were here including diagnosis, unclogging the pipe, and filling out the paperwork, they charged me over $200, not including the $89 service fee. So for being here less than 20 minutes, their bill was over $300. Be sure to get an estimate from them prior to any work, as in my opinion, they charge a grossly inordinate amount relative to the amount of time they spend on the repair. Not including the service fee, their charges were equivalent to a labor fee of over $600 per hour.
