Jesse arrived on time and diagnosed the leak problem right away. He then installed the new water heater with no issues and was done before I knew it. He was very courteous and helpful. I would use Maloney again for any of my plumbing needs. They were great!

I called Wyman plumbing late on a Friday night because my water heater had went out and they had someone over to service it first thing Saturday morning. I appreciated the quick response time and great service. We will definitely use Wyman Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Omg these guys are in my favorites list now. They picked up the phone within two rings, came to my house 10 minutes later, and attempted to fix the pipes feeding my tankless water heater, but learned it would take a custom part. They gave me a wait time of three days to get the part, and called me a day early. They were courteous, efficient, tidy, and I’ll never call another plumber but them!

I would definitely refer all my friends and family to Pruitt's plumbing! Everyone we dealt with was very nice! We just bought our first house five months ago, and all of a sudden our water bill and electric bill sky rocketed! And we had tile through out the house cracking, a hot spot on the floor, we called out home warranty company one guard and they sent Pruitt's plumbing out. First tech confirmed we had a hot water slab leak! This was something we did not want to hear, especially just a week ago my husband almost lost his finger at work and his pay is being cut, so we can only pay our house and that's it! We are still going to struggle for a few months and there was no way we could afford this! But Mike the manager was beyond kind and tried to work with us but we still couldn't afford even payments! He went above and beyond and got with the owner and they decided to pay it forward to our family!

We are beyond thankful and grateful. Our family always pay things forward and this is the first time, ANYONE, has done something this nice for us!

The work was done in a couple hours, Mike the tech, explained everything to us, and cleaned up his gear and mess from the drywall and insulation.

I sure hope he enjoys his brownies he got to take home with him!

Textbook bait-and-switch



Long story but here it goes:



I hired Quail Plumbing to install a gas line for a new cooking top. The plumber came to take a look and quote the job. It was already suspicious that the plumber was in a van marked Scottsdale Plumbing. He looked at the location where the line needed to be installed and give me a quote (8 hours of work).



I scheduled for the work to be done one week later. This is where the problems started.



The plumber came and immediately started complaining that he didn't have his van and his equipment, that he would have to go to the store to buy a level, etc.

Next he started complaining that the drywall wasn't removed. During his visit a week earlier he didn't mention anything about this.

Next he started complaining about the connections to the water heater (which hadn't changed from the week before, when he quoted the job)

So all in all, before he even started he spent about 20 minutes complaining about the job.



I ended up having to lend him my level so he could get started.



Next he took out the water heater and started ripping out the drywall. He came and got me and started complaining again how this was going to be a lot of work. He got all upset of how the copper and gas lines were sitting in the wall, how he would have to drill through studs (like he didn't know this already before). Apparently the gas line went to the attic and he couldn't see where it went. To make a long story short he asked me how he had to do his job. He also told me I would have to remove all the drywall from floor to ceiling on one wall in the kitchen.



Next he told me to think about it and he would reschedule if I agreed with the extra work: textbook bait and switch.



This is where I got upset and told him I got other tradesman scheduled and I could not wait a week to get this done. Again he started complaining at which point I told him that I just wanted the work done the same day as he told me he could do a week earlier. I also told him that I didn't care if it took him longer as long as the work was done the same day. I thought this was it and he would get the stuff done the same day. This is were it got interesting...



At this point he left and called the office. A minute later I got a call from someone whose name I can only assume is Karen. She asked me if I had been verbally abusive. To which I said replied No, then she asked me if was swearing. To which I answered No. (This plumber would probably be the first man in history with tattoos over his neck and hands who is offended by swearing). Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule for next week. At which point I told her I wanted the work done this day as I thought that was what was agreed 5 minutes earlier with the plumber. There was no reason at all for her to get involved.



After some back an forth she had the gall to tell me to shut up while she was speaking and didn't want to listen to anything that I said. Every time I tried to say something she would interrupt me and didn't want to hear anything about the unprofessional behavior of the plumber. Apparently the customer is always wrong with Quail Plumbing. When she was done with her diatribe I told her that I would like to call my mommy too to help me out and defend my case, just like the plumber called his mommy (aka the office Karen). Needless to say Karen didn't like this and was offended.



She decided there and then that they were not going to do the job and that I needed to look for another plumber to get the gas line done.



Good riddance Quail (or is it Scottsdale Plumbing?).

We're reletively new homeowners, and we noticed a leak in our 13 year old water heater, so we called out to All Hours Plumbing. It wasn't a big leak, so we scheduled to meet the next day. James went out of his way the night we called to make sure there wasn't any major damage and to show us how to turn off the water. He was very helpful in showing us the basics, answering our questions, and getting us set up with a new water heater. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service!

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.

Walker Plumbing was responsive, professional, and the quality of work was great. Would call them again for any of our plumbing issues.
