Great service at a great price and the job was done quickly! Gave a great price compared to the company we had started the job with and was upfront about everything with no surprises. Saul was great guy who explained everything he was going to do and also let me know of the things that were not needed that the other company tried to sell us. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 experience. Future customer for sure!

Rental property had a/c go down on Fathers Day and Sunday! Patrick Riley was able to come out. Though I don’t know if they charged premiums for this service, the repair was double the amount others would have charged for the same repair. I will say that the tech that did the repair was very nice over the phone, very prompt and really a good guy to talk to. I was out of town at the time. I followed up with a call the next day for an estimate on a new unit and this also where they dropped the ball. They returned my call and said they tech would get back to me shortly. I never received a call to make an estimate. Consequently I had someone else do the work. I had several estimates on my new unit and each one of them was asked what they would charge for the repair that I had done, each one was about 50% lower. In all fairness, perhaps I was unaware of premiums charged on a Sunday, an late evening appointment (10:00p-0200a) , but the icing on the cake was not receiving a call to get my estimate on a new unit installed.

We bought a service agreement with them, after receiving an offer in the mail. After dropping our Home Owners Warranty, we needed something to cover our three units. The next week the unit for our basement died...of course! They came out, serviced all three units and the Hot Water Heater, and replaced the dead unit. The service was included in the contract, and the new unit discounted. The Home Warranty company would have found a reason to not cover it...just like everything else. Unless a seller is paying for a one year warranty, do not waste your money on a Home Warranty! However, if you live in AZ, you need to call Hays and get coverage!Welp! Just had Hays out for a plumbing problem. Doing so saved us $5000 that the National Company quoted us...they would have flushed our money down the drain!! Thanks Jason and crew!!

I have never rated a company with one star. My experience with this business has been less than stellar. We purchased a home in Tucson and called because Penguin Air is a familiar Phoenix company. We purchased a maintenance agreement for 2 visits. We were told plumbing services would also be provided at a discount for maintenance agreement members. The first visit was cancelled and rescheduled 3 times. 2 of those times the cancelled call was made after a 1 1/2 hour drive from Phoenix to meet the tech. When the tech finally did show to do a maintenance service he was nice and professional. I called the following week for some plumbing work and was told they had no plumbers in Tucson. Yesterday the AC failed. We called and were told there was no one available after hours. This morning they said no was could come for one week. We scheduled with another company. Big mistake, we cancelled when Penguin Air called to say they had a cancellation and someone would come. They couldn’t give a time frame. I took off work and someone finally arrived at 5pm-only he neglected to bring a ladder that could reach the roof-after this company had previously been out....and he’s an AC guy. Ralph, the technician acted like it was no big deal to be left w/o AC in AZ in the summer for over 24 hours already and left to go back to Phoenix. So this company actually has no techs in Tucson. It would have been nice if I was told that when I called their Tucson number to purchase the maintenance agreement. We have a fall visit maintenance prepaid. That’ll be it for me

Awesome company. We had our AC replaced by them. Excellent work with zero percent financing. We are on their VIP program. Just had Andrew King over for our yearly inspection. I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy.

Scott is honest and reliable. He has maintained both my rental and personal air conditioning for over 10 years. There is no other I prefer for this job. Scott has done both electrical and plumbing work for me as well. I highly recommend...

My AC quit working and Ace did the repair the same day called Javier Cruz was the technician assigned to come. He was professional, courteous and very patient with all my questions. I will always call Ace for all my service needs.

I called Mr Rooter this morning and by 12pm they not only came out but took care of the clogged kitchen sink too!! and gave me some estimates regarding other issues that could be problems in the future. Excellent company that I have no hesitation in recommending. I have used them 3 times and the job was done on time with excellent quality and very reasonable prices. When I had to replace my water heater a good tank cost $100 less than anyone else.
