Simba plumbing did an awesome job relocating my bathroom shower valve and diverter with handled unit, they moved the shower drain over and moved the tub lines into the wall and fixed an angle stop. Very professional, on time and courteous. Will hire them again for other jobs that I have down the road. Thank you.

Mark and crew were thorough fast and professional . We had a under slab sewer leak and it was a crappy job lol. They explained everything and worked as a team. This was not a easy fix and they did the job right. ! We were very impressed that Mark does estimates and actually did our plumbing as well.

Zach was very professional and able to diagnose our electrical problem and get us up and running again. I called at 8:00 in the morning and he was at our house shortly after 11:00. Impressive turnaround service. Zach explained options to consider with our aging electrical panel too but reassured us that it’s not an immediate issue. Great service and communication.

Our tech was Josh, and he was upbeat, thorough, and so willing to help. he really made sure we got the best price, letting us know about promotions we had no idea existed. He did a fantastic job installing a brand new water heater, and a new reverse osmosis system the day after our inspection. There was no pressure to get anything we didn't need, and we were given lots of options in what we could do. They didn't try to pressure us into a sale with false fear of outcomes if we didn't do it either. He was very respectful of our time, and our space while in our home. The company, and the sister company Goettle that we dealt with in the past, were both above and beyond. We now have an ongoing membership with them and will use them for our yearly inspections and servicing for our home. Overall, as you can tell, we are pleased with all the services we have had this year. Highly recommend them.

I noticed a puddle of the floor under the water heater on Monday. Filed a claim with my warranty company. I was given Water heaters Only name and phone number. Tuesday I noticed the wall was wet, checked bedroom on other side of garage wall and my carpet was soaking wet. Tom was able to get someone out the same day. Dillon assessed the damage and called a restoration company for me. Then changed out my water heater WIth a pan this time. Dillon was efficient and professional. I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.
