Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

Wyman Plumbing was extremely responsive to our plumbing issue. And best of all the final charge was way under the estimate!

Robert Edwards and son did a reroute after I had a slab leak. They are prompt, professional and pleasant to work with.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

These guys were awesome. Talked to them on the phone several times and they tried everything with me on the phone to see if they didn't have to come out. It turned out they did because a part of the water heater was not funtioning well. They even encouraged me to shop around if I wasn't comfortable with the price. They got here exactly when they said they would and Mike was very courteous and explained everything really well. It's definitely not the cheapest around but well worth the price. Would highly recommend.

We have used Day and Night for 8 yrs. We have always loved them. Quick, friendly customer service and always helpful if we ever have a need. We have the Gold Service package which allows us to have our AC checked out twice a year.Whenever someone comes out they do a great, thorough job cleaning and explaining everything. The detailed report and photos that get emailed to us is also a big plus!This week we have our best technician yet. GREG! I highly recommend him. Greg was kind. I felt really comfortable with him on our house. He took his time and went through everything with me. I called immediately to have him put on our account as our regular service technician. Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.
