Our 14 year old water heater gave out and we needed it replaced. Vance came out and was super informative and thorough. I had some questions about tankless water heaters and he was very clear in what needed to be done in order to get one installed. He was patient and answered all of my questions and was done in a couple of hours. Very professional and courteous service.

Well for starters our service man, Rodger H made it to our house 30 mins early, which was very good. Rodger was so nice and very professional. He knew his stuff! Centurion Plumbing is contracted through American Home Shield. They know how to lie to AHS to get your covered repair denied. If they are not willing to speak to AHS or any other third party in front of you, cancel the appointment and make them leave then request a refund of your service fee. We ended up $735 out of pocket because they lied to AHS about a repair that would have been covered. Instead we would have paid $75. Now I cannot get anyone from that company to respond. Do not use this company period.
