I noticed a leak in my water heater and called them at 10:00 AM and got a 2 PM appointment for the same day. Shade was the technician that came in and replaced my heater since it was under warranty. He did a excellent work and I was really impressed with his work.

Our technician, Mark, was the best. He was professional, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. He was at our house for about an hour and had the job done. Although it wasn’t the easiest job, I felt the price, which is not set by him, was a bit high. I agreed to it but felt it was high I would recommend this company

I would recommend and use their service again. Negative: The tech was running late and I had to call the main line for a status update. Positive: They were very responsive, providing a callback with an updated ETA. When the tech arrived, he was very professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem.

We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.

Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

I've lived in the same home since 1991. This is the 3rd water heater that Water Heaters Only has installed for me. This time Don came to the rescue on March 31, 2015 and prevented disaster. He explained all the steps as he proceeded through the installation. He left the space cleaner than when he started. Took over a week to get a call back to schedule. Then Tech showed up and did not call, so we did not receive service. When I called to reschedule, lady on phone was so rude and abrasive, decided not to even use this company. Terrible customer service.
