I had a reoccurring problem with backed up plumbing for a couple of months. Two companies came out before Simba Plumbing and were not able to fix the issue. Stefan used his camera and was able to detect that we had roots in our main line. He replaced the pipe and we haven't had any issues since. Really appreciate his hard work. Highly recommend.

Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, fair, and personable!I have used Benjamin Franklin for my last few plumbing needs and have always been more than impressed by their staff and services. They are hands down the most knowledgeable techs I have come across and have always been upfront with their analysis and pricing. They are always very clean, donning booties before entering the home and leaving the work area in the exact same condition they came into, sometimes even cleaner if there was a back up! We had a small miscommunication on pricing on our last visit as pricing is typically always given beforehand, our situation was unique but in the end tall was clarified by the Service Manager and was wrapped up to satisfaction. We have a large remod/addition coming up that has then already slated in as "our" plumber, would recommend to others!

Troy was awesome. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to educate me on our options. He didn’t peer pressure me to do anything that wasn’t needed and yet provided a roadmap of recommendations for future fixes. Not only did they scope our lines, but he also gave us our hard water reading and tested our water pressure. He delivered a comprehensive report with pictures post-visit. Should we need anything in the future, we absolutely will be using Aussie. Thank you all!

A little pricey but the best, friendly and competent techs.

I had nexlvl install a new water heater for me. They were super flexible when I had to push back my install date and very responsive to it. Also a big plus, on the install day they said they would be there between 8-10am and they showed up right at 8am. Always nice when services show up on time!

Wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely the worst company. We had to use them through our home warranty to work on our tankless water heater. Ken, the technician they sent out, was clueless and completely incompetent. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for sensors to come in only to find out that it was actually the heating elements that needed replacing. We were told we’d have to wait an additional 10 days for those to come in or we could order and install them ourselves as they’d be here in a day or two if we order. We opted for ordering and paying for them ourselves as we had no hot water and couldn’t wait the additional 10 days. Once the elements were installed, we had to call them back out because it still wasn’t working. We were told that a fuse blew and were again advised that we needed to get the part ourselves and install because he couldn’t be running around town to get parts and had other appointments. We ended up buying all the parts and installing ourselves. Pruitts Plumbing and their technician were completely worthless.

Chris and Tom did a outstanding job for us yesterday morning. They installed a Halo water conditioning system, fixed a leaking hose bib, replaced a garbage disposal, and installed a new kitchen faucet.
