Great experience tonight with Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Nash came out late to fix a stopped drain. He was here fast very professional and fixed the problem for a great price. I'll definitely use this company again.

Troy was awesome. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to educate me on our options. He didn’t peer pressure me to do anything that wasn’t needed and yet provided a roadmap of recommendations for future fixes. Not only did they scope our lines, but he also gave us our hard water reading and tested our water pressure. He delivered a comprehensive report with pictures post-visit. I want to thank Jesse for the work he did on one of my rentals. the floor was very wet and we thought it there was a leak(s) under the subfloor. Jesse quickly assessed the problem and it was some of the pipes under the sink. He had all the parts and quickly fixed the problem. I told him my sister also had a leak on the outside faucet and one of the toliets were leaking. I asked him if he could look at this another day--he said I can go now and look at it. He went and again had the needed parts and fixed both problems for a very reasonable price. He seems to enjoy his work and likes people. I would use him again and would highly recommend him. thanks Jesse!

Called Josh to locate and repair a leak behind sink in the wall. he was able to quickly find the source and a couple of hours later had it fixed!

I'm a contractor in Arizona. I have been using these guys for the past 5 years and I will continue to use them every time I have any plumbing or gas projects. Their knowledge is extremely extensive and their workmanship speaks for itself. You will not regret hiring these guys.

We have used CLW Plumbing for almost ten years now. Normally I am hesitant to do online reviews. But that is not the case with CLW. Originally, most of the service we received was done by owner, Jim Wheat. Over the last few years as they have grown, we have had different plumbers from CLW do the work. Quality is still the same, however, top notch! We would definitely recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Jamie was a great technician. He explained all work to be done thoroughly prior to initiation. He offered various option in a non pushy manner. He was clean cortious and knowledgeable. He did a full inspection of home prior to leaving. Definitely recommend Jamie and George Brazil plumbing again
