When my bathroom ceiling collapsed on a Sunday night, raining down a large amount of attic insulation and drywall, and water dripping down, I called Doan in a panic. Russ and another worker were here within less than 45 minutes, removed all the debris, cleaned up as much as possible, and put up a temporary plastic ceiling. They installed two machines to dry out the moisture and clean the air. They worked for nearly three hours into the late night. They were very professional and efficient. Russ explained everything, so I knew what to expect, and I felt reassured that this disaster wasn't as bad as it looked.
Over the next week various crew members came back several times, checking the equipment and doing further cleanup. Russ was very accommodating to make sure he could be here when the insurance inspector came to assess the damage. That was very helpful. When I found that a couple of small items had mistakenly been taken away with the debris, I was generously compensated. Margaret in Accounts Receivable was also very nice to deal with. Overall, my experience with this company was a very positive one.

At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. After turning off the water, we immediately called our insurance co., who in turn contacted SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix. We received a call from Andrew at SERVPRO within minutes and he had someone at our house within the hour. Their project manager was Juan M., who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix.

Jose came to repair a spot in our room that had water damage. He did amazing work and was so thorough with everything! He ended having to paint our entire ceiling and did a great job. Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

Let me just start by saying Al, Michael, and Juan are all amazing professionals with true compassion for their customers! I cannot stress how amazing they are from the first phone call on! They keep you in the loop on when they will be there and are easily accessible 24/7. I would recommend them to anyone who has water damage!

Be careful if Todd does your job, he’s known for charging to use top quality material but puts the cheapest products on the houses to make a personal profit .

Ken and his team did an INCREDIBLE job. They were so efficient, respectful and great to work with. Ken is an excellent communicator and the project was seamless. We had our entire home tiled, wall replaires/painted, an additional room added to our kitchen, partial bath remodel and a total kitchen remodel. Our home looks better than we expected and we cannot say enough positive things about Acuity. We hope to work with Ken and his crew again in the near future.

We first worked with DriRite-CMG3 in 2016. They were referenced to us by our insurance company after our home had undergone a water leak. In April 2019 we experienced another water leak within our home. Without hesitation, we once again reached out to DriRite-CMG3. They were prompt to come to the residence to initiate drying of the water impacted area. However, it took a few calls within that first week to work through the insurance to move forward with the leak repair. We once again were excited by our experience with the plumber (Andrew). Also, the thoroughness of the water mitigation tech (Angel) was refreshing. However, things went south after that initial work was done and the first payments were made to the business. The Operations Manager (Paul Bailey) stop replying to emails and phone calls. It took several attempts before we were able to get a response from him regarding the gameplan of work to be done to our home, pricing, impact and scheduling. My husband and I were continually flexing our schedules to try to complement DriRite's adhoc planning. This back-and-forth process continued for over 5 weeks, before they came forward and told us they could not do the work. I would not recommend this company to others. DriRite-CMG3 needs to work on their accountability, communication and customer service. If they can't manage workload they need to come forward prior to committing to a project.
