Been working from home so I sometimes will not enter my garage on a daily basis. Well Thursday, July 8, I went into my garage to grab a tool. Saw water on the garage floor. I realized the outlet pipe at the top of the gas hot water heater was leaking. I could not stop it so I turned off the water. The first two plumbers I called were unavailable. So I called American Discount Plumbing based on its high rating and positive reviews.

I spoke to Paul who came out that afternoon even though he was on another job. After reviewing the situation, Paul presented me some options. Given the age of the water heater (at least 5-years old), I decided to replace it. Paul offered me a fair deal including the 40-gallon water heater, and installation labor.

Paul returned Friday morning with the water heater during the time window he had indicated. After a couple of hours in sweltering heat, Paul had the gas hot water heater installed, and running. I am very pleased with Paul's responsiveness, timelines, and professional demeanor. And I got a good, fair deal. I highly recommend American Discount Plumbing.

While experiencing my first AZ monsoon in our new house, we discovered our sump pump wasn't working so we immediately had to start bailing water. We called Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing late on a Saturday night and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. The tech, Jerry Kline, diagnosed the issue (dead motor), found a replacement, and installed it - all on a Sunday. Thank you Jerry! We were very pleased with Jerry and Hays.

Really great service. Jason was very efficient, personable, and best of all, persistent about fixing a very tough leak in our backyard. I'm not sure what the technical term was for our particular plumbing problem, but I know it involved scary power tools, rotten pipes and lots and lots of mud. But Jason did a wonderful job! But to our surprise, Elvis was sent out right away and he arrived within the hour. He was very efficient and had the problem fixed in no time. Elvis was also very courteous and professional and made sure we were aware of the problem and how he was going to fix it. The technician Alejandro called before arriving at my home. We discussed the HVAC issue in detail including reviewing pictures I had showing the problem, and he explained what steps he was going to take based on the initial inspection. When the work was done, Alejandro showed me pictures he took of the now repaired water pipe and in addition he repaired a faulty air duct not included in the work order. All in all the experience was very positive.

My AC went out on a Sunday night in the middle of summer in AZ. I had a house full of family visiting. I was on a plan with another company who I called first and they told me they could not come out until the upcoming Wednesday 2p-6p. I called night and day and they were at my house by 10a Monday repairing my AC at a reasonable cost. Great work and customer service. We had a small water leak under our driveway. After contacting 4 plumbing companies with various estimates we decided on going with Norfleet because Nick was very prompt, good pricing and fair in his explanation of what needed to be done. This was going to be a very expensive repair, consisting of replacing all the copper line from the city main to our house.

Nick and crew made sure that the city marked off all gas, sewer, cable lines before starting the all day project and even came out on a rainy day to do the dig and repair.

They cleaned up everything nicely and didn't even damage any plants or anything.
