Luis came to fix a broken pipe on my patio, that also affected my watering system. He was polite, worked very efficiently and left the area so clean. Benjamin Franklin is so responsive and reliable, you just can't go wrong in hiring them for your plumbing needs.

I used Peerless Plumbing in the summer of 2021. I love Lindsey and her team. She is very honest and told us exactly what needed to be done and did not scare us into doing anything we did not need to do! It did take two months to schedule but it was expected since they had been busier than usual that spring. It has been a year and a half since the repairs. What a savings not having to call a plumber out once a month to snake our kitchen sink! Lindsey guarantee is also amazing. She did tell us that if we had an issue with a clog to make sure to call them. This week we had to due to my shedding of hair in the shower. She came out promptly and fixed my shower drain in less than 15 minutes! I can not express how wonderful this business is especially since it is hard to find this kind of service in their field.

Fixed upstairs toilet and downstairs toilet, the repairs made both toilet like new.

Zoltan the technician was professional and if possible repairing toilets immaculate.

I would not use any other plumbing service..

All Hours Plumbing came out to our house 9/25/2022 to repair the emergency drain on our washing machine after it came unseated, resulting in some water leaking through the floor. The technician was great, responded immediately and replaced/ sealed the new drain. After the tech left, I later tested the seal that night by pouring a small amount of water in the drain pan and the water leaked through the same path once more. I called the company back and the tech said he would be out the next morning at 10am sharp to reseal the drain and or do some additional work we discussed.

This is where the 1 star review comes in, the tech never showed up, zero communication text, call etc. When attempting to call either the Google company number or tech we had communicated previously with, I received a prompt that the number had call restrictions and is unable to complete my call (The Company appeared to have blocked both our numbers). Mind you these were the same numbers we were regularly communicating on the prior two days. Even stranger, I called each number back from a separate phone and it went through no problem.

Managed to speak with Ashley at the -2615 number and she offered no explanation and said she would look into it. Had to call her back hours later to find out she had spoken with the tech and he stated I refused water service, issued me a refund and told me to find another plumber. I never refused any service, never asked for a refund and instead was under the impression i would be paying them for additional work as the tech and I discussed.

Overall bad experience, unprofessional, poor communication. There are plenty of other plumbing companies in the valley to choose from. To the owner, please don't bother responding to this review, the opportunity to make the situation right has since passed.

9/29/2022 Update in response to owners reply:
The initial replacement of the drain was completed as recommended by the tech, no problem that was great, happily paid. I did not demand anything of the tech the following day, simply called the tech the same night (recorded calls will verify this to be true) and noted it was still leaking after a small test and he mentioned he could come out the next day and reseal or we could opt for the outfitting of a different drain and fasten it to the floor from underneath.

9/27/2022, the tech confirmed that he would be out at 10am on 9/28/2022 to replace the drain and fasten to the floor (new job, agreed to pay for this). I never demanded anything, asked for a refund, nor refused to pay for any service; only asked if there was any flexibility on pricing for the additional work. I don’t appreciate the accusation that I am defaming anyone, get your information straight.

Prompt, excellent service. We would recommend Cole to anyone for his expertise, and friendly, thoughtful service. We had an under ground leak that was not readily visible. We received great advice and direction from this company. They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!

Contacted Penguin Air & Plumbing when I noticed a dripping pipe. Ron was there within 1.5 hours, despite the fact that it was the middle of the evening. He provided a clear assessment and estimate of the repair, and came back the next day to complete it. He was professional, and answered all of my questions, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner for a reasonable cost. I have been quite satisified wth my experience and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Moon Valley and Alex Crocker?? AWESOME.
I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service? All found with Moon Valley!
