Jesse from Mahoney Plumbing did a fantastic job installing our new water heater, and took the time to explain everything before and during the job. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.

We had Ryan from Robins Plumbing work on a shower drip and replace two sink faucets. Being an older facility, there were some challenges, especially with one of the faucet installations. His patience was simply outstanding and he completed the job very well. We highly recommend Robins as providing great work for any plumbing issues that you might have and will continue to use them for any future needs.

well. they had to open slab,dig out tons of dirt.Fix all the leaks and put up with me.i want to thank Josh,Chris, Alex, and Moses. They were working hard and still being upbeat, friendly,happy guys. they fixed every thing and keot the house as clean as they could. I had used Anthony's before and will use them again.

The man who came to do the repair was so respectful and nice. He completed the work efficiently and timely. He answered my questions and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.

Charged us $1,900 for a simple jet wash that we later learned should have cost between $300 and $500. Caveat emptor and all that, sure, but also, how about not being shady and taking advantage of people? And that's exactly what they do—people with plumbing emergencies have to act quickly, and they're banking on getting to you first and telling you whatever you need to hear to close your business. The business model is to send a driver to your house who is not authorized to do anything but call a supervisor. The supervisor comes out and up-sells you services, and then up-charges you for them. The driver doesn't get paid unless they sell you services. I know, because a driver told me so and, from talking to him, I suspect that he is also being taken advantage of by this company. We used them a couple times actually. Every time, the new guys tell us the old guys don't work there anymore. This would be a great story for local investigative news.

So I was just trying to invite Alexander's Plumbing to a BNI at Foothills Referral Partners for a special event that meets on Wednesdays at Ahwatukee Event Center at 8 am because we are in need of a trustworthy local plumber in Ahwatukee to refer business to. James came out late at night and was thorough, efficient and fast. He explained each step very well and our sewer was unclogged quickly. I highly recommend working with James and All Hours Plumbing.

I'm very happy with the installation of my new hot water heater. They came the next day, however, they said they could be there the same day if I needed. The next morning was fine with me. They worked around my schedule for the following day. Even called the morning of to see if they could come a little early. Worked out perfect for both of us. Adam was very nice. He informed me that I could get the larger (40 gal Vs 50 gal) for the same price. It fit in the space so how do you say NO. He installed, cleaned up and answered all of my questions about how to maintain it. Also, he said that if I would like, he would come back in 6 months and show me how to drain it. The Tech, the service, the timing and the price were perfect. I would recommend and use again.

We received great advice and direction from this company. They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!

So although we did not use this business I simply had to write about my positive experience. After making several calls to desperately try and find a plumber on a holiday (today, New Years) I called Edward's Plumbing. While I was on the phone with another company, they called me back and mentioned they could have someone out right away. Within a couple of hours, Robert came out and quoted us for an emergency service and was honest about pricing and with that we decided that we would begin service the following day as opposed to the same day. Robert then set us up with a dry out company since the water damage from our irreparable water heater flooded into our guest bedroom and damaged our floors. They came out within the hour also. In the midst of the chaos, my brother in law called me back and mentioned that he was back in town and offered to help right away. With my tail between my legs I sheepishly called back Margaret and explained the situation and that I would be cancelling the appointment for tomorrow. She was kind and understood and did not give me a hard time despite having every right to do so. They went out of their way to see us in an emergency situation on a holiday no less and still treated us with grace once our family member unexpectedly came through. I will say, that for any and all future plumbing issues, we will be calling Margaret and Robert for any repairs and cannot thank them enough for making time for us today.
