We had Troy out to our house to install a washer box and connect it to our water lines and sewer line for our new washer and dryer location. He was professional, on time, and did good quality work. We will be using Aussie Plumber in the future for our plumbing needs.

We had a leak in in our washer drain since it was very clogged up and made our house a mess. Called bunch of places to shop around and end up with these guys. They took care of it the same day and it was amazing and they were actually nice people compare to other plumbers I've seen.

On July 7th Anthony came out to assess my toilet situation and advise me. He was courteous, wore a mask, offered options. I chose to replace toilet. He made it to supply company, installed, cleaned area. The bid was $25 less than my lowest. Great job Anthony. He didn't have a card with his name on it, needs one.

The absolute most professional, honest and trustworthy company you could ask for! Showed up early and got right to into the repair. Aaron the owner was great on the phone and in person, listened to our situation and was able to be at our house the very next morning. From start to finish they kept us updated on how things were going and there wasn’t even a mess! This was the cleanest repair we’ve ever seen, and in less than two hours we had hot water again! Alliance Plumbing was in my apartment complex making some repairs today, and as the workers were leaving, a young man named Tory saw me struggling to carry a bookcase by myself - I was making it a few feet before having to stop, then another few feet, stop, etc. He was nice enough to offer to carry it, and took it all the way up the stairs to my second floor apartment. He was super gracious about the whole thing, and you just don't meet a lot of people who are willing to go out of their way to help a stranger out like that... He didn't ask for this review either, I felt compelled to make it.

Not impressed. Initial Sales guy won me (i interviewed 3 services), seemed knowledgeable and honest. After that it was all downhill. Install team was condescending to me and only had negative things to say about the salesman. They acted like they didn't want to be here installing. They spoke bad about their product which seemed like they were trying to up sell but it was too late. They threw their ladder up and bent shingles on the house in a very noticeable area of the of house. Told me I needed to remove everything out of garage so they could do their job. Install took much longer than quoted and was not done correct then they blamed the sales guy (so weird) . When they said they were finished it was not done correct or to the best they could do and a second visit to repair duct work and monitor performance was needed( i had to call for it as it I was not called to see how things were. Third visit because i was informed they hooked up the thermostat wrong and that Sr technician said they there was a wire missing and he will wire it so it works for the summer (which means no heat) and he will make notes to return in fall to correct that. Well its November and call so I called them . Now on 4th (fourth) visit they were supposed to be here at 8AM (i confirmed this the night before too) and its 10:00 and not here. Why post now? Ive given them several chance to turn this around... is this the norm for them?

This has cost me significant time from work and while the unit was not hooked up correctly have my electrical bills were higher than with the 30 yr old system i had previously.

Bathroom faucet was minor repair, and done quickly no mess left behind. Replaced kitchen sink faucet and fixed a leak the home warranty plumber didn't.
Professional, repairs done day of call and didn't leave a mess.
