After calling to report a problem with our air conditioner on a Saturday morning, the service pro was at our home within an hour! No extra charge for a Saturday, and we were able to use a coupon to get the service call for free. We were pleased with the service, the friendliness of the pro, his knowledge, and their followup on Monday. We were expecting company on Thursday, and the job was completed by Tuesday afternoon!

Steve G. was excellent! Arrived promptly and called to inform me of estimated arrival time. AC tune-up was performed according to what I had been told. Steve summarized the work that was done and even helped me trouble-shoot rattle in vent that had nothing to do with the service visit. Great job Steve! Thorough and efficient!

We’ve used Penguin Air for a year now. First time was about a year ago when our AC quit. Called several AC repair companies across the area, Penguin was the first to get back to us. Just had them out again today. We had the service tech Nathan both times. He was great. He let us know what we needed at the moment and what we could wait on. He didn’t try to push anything. We will be requesting him next time we need any AC maintenance.

My husband, Jon called WHO on April 9 during the morning hours. We had called them out several years back and were happy with their work so we went with them again. Dillon came within a couple of hours and replaced our water heater. Dillon gave my husband tips on proper water heater maintenance which were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend WHO and will use them again when needed.

Our family has been using Donley service now for 10-years. We have owned three different homes in the area and have purchased two brand new HVAC units along with annual Home-Comfort-Warranties in that time span. The service provided by Donley has ALWAYS been top notch. That is, they have always been: ontime or early for scheduled service appointments; very polite and patient while at the house; never tried to upsell unnecessary services or items. Truthfully, anytime Donley has had to come out and trouble-shoot a problem, the problem has been fixed quickly and has stayed fixed. This company is not the cheapest outfit around. However, you get what you pay for. Thank you.

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. He completed each task in a timely manner. I would recommend Quick Fix 24/7 to anyone looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and efficient.

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.

I am so grateful for the fantastic service that I received from all employees at ACE - from Marcus in management, Skylar the technician, and Abel and Eddie for installation, everyone's professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch and far exceeded my experience with other companies. My A/C did not go out; rather, I chose to replace my 30+ year old unit in January as a proactive measure, fully expecting it break next summer. I received a same-day appointment offer, and Marcus and Skylar talked with me in my home for an hour and half about pricing, product quality, service, and answered every question I had. They threw in perks to the estimate, and they both kept bringing our conversation back to what my family's needs were for the unit. Pricing was comparable to the quotes that I received from other companies, but ACE won me over with their responsiveness, comprehension service plan, explanations, and politeness (they weren't pushy).
