It was a stress-free experience from start to finish, I couldn't be happier!  From the initial phone call speaking with Perry, who set my appointment to Luis showing up and efficiently replacing the expansion tank to the water heater.  VERY caring, professional, and knowledgeable.  Luis also graciously provided me with a couple of estimates for the future on replacing the water heater supply line pipes, shutoff valve, and kitchen sink faucet. I called Plumbers of Maricopa because I had a leak in my main water service line in front of my house. They were able to get out to fix it within a few days. During the process, there was a lot of communication back and forth as a tree needed to be removed and a trench dug. Chris was always available to take my calls and answered emails quickly, even in the evenings. That alone sets them apart from any other plumbers/contractors I've dealt with in the recent past. Trustworthy, professional, and always available when you need them, I will be using them in the future. Only issue was we weren't told to run the hose prior to using sinks or toilets when we turned the water back onto the house. We had a lot of dirt that came up the toilets and sinks and had to make some minor repairs to both because of it. Run the hose into the street to get all debris out of the line prior to using water inside the house.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

Andre was amazing and did a great job. Had a little issue with dispatch as they said he should have been an hour earlier. Overall great job.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

I contracted with them for work, and they had to work a lot of overtime, but they didn't charge me for it. He was one of the most remarkable plumbers, discovering difficulties that I had no idea existed. I cannot suggest these highly enough.

Had a very difficult clog in my bathroom sink. Two different local plumbers had previously attempted to snake the drain by traditional methods but to no avail. They’d suggested opening the wall, possibly the floor, or hydrojetting the pipes of my older home as my next options. Ryan came on the weekend and to my relief was able to unclog the drain without any of those more expensive alternatives. He was very professional and was answered all my questions. Very glad I called Mr. Rooter!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
