It begins with the customer service reps who answer the phones. They are polite, very knowledgeable and professional. Anytime we have called for service the repairmen have been out within 2 hours. We had service over quite a few days, and it didn't matter who showed up whether it was Danny, Troy, Ronnie, or Aaron each one was friendly, professional, courteous and listened to our concerns. They arrived when they said they would, fixed the issues, and cleaned up when they were finished. I cannot recommend them enough for A/C service. The entire company has set a standard of excellence that will be difficult for other companies to meet.

The employee from Mr. Rooter, Keith Herzog, was very pleasant and competent. He also made sure that everything was cleaned up when he finished the job. The only negative I have is that I thought the pricing was a bit on the high side.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
