So you use a service to help you in the time of need. Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter Service in Phoenix was 5 star all the way. From my first interaction with Greg in Dispatch, to my interactions with my service tech, Dan Hubbard. Everything was explained and detailed in a genuine manner. Work was performed in a timely manner, cleaned up put back better than they found it.

Before I called these guys this is what I did…as I helped make thing worse. Kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine all backed up (big mess) I went to home depot, rented a snake, had the gloves on, and went to work thinking I was saving money! No it didn’t go well, tried use the sake under the sink, I was being cautious and took all of the aggressive tool attachments off the snake so I would not mess things up. A no go. I then went to the clean out side of the house and began working it thru the black sewer plumbing of the house, it got really tough to hold on to. I hung in there and then it got easier. I had freed up the clog, NO, I had pushed the simple snake thru the pipe, cracked it at the foundation in the wall and broken thru and made a hole in the dry wall, clog not fixed, under sink plumbing cut off and gray sewage water everywhere..

The reviews are true if you do the research. They are the right plumber! Old school customer service, at fair price. Dan and I even spoke by cell phone afterwards and he made some suggestions about preventative enzymes to use and what not to use.

Mauricio with Roto Rooter was amazing! The irrigation system valve broke, which was attached to the main line into the house. I had to shut off main valve until he came to the rescue and capped off the problem. He was patient and kind and the price was great for a late Saturday night emergency call! Thank you!!!

We’ve used Charity Plumbing numerous times dealing with old plumbing in our 1950’s home. Weather it was addressing major issues like replacing our sewer lines or a simple leak they’ve always been respectful and responsive to our needs and budget. After many years in sales I hate any attempt at an “up sell”. Lucky for us Charity has never pushed anything on us or recommended needless services and memberships. We first used this company after meeting the owner through a non-profit helping LGBTQ youth that we both support. Thank you Charity Plumbing.

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

We had a sun pump issue and crawling space was full of water. It happened on weekend of course :) and I don’t remember how many companies we called. Left so many messages. People never even called us back. This Plumbing services responded right a way, and stayed in touch with us until technician came in. I am so sorry that I don’t remember both of their names. But everything was done so professionally and so fast! It’s so important when you really need this help and specifically when nobody else is available. We had a great experience with you guys! I accidentally drilled a hole in my main gas line in the wall of my garage the day before I left on a trip. I arranged for Penguin to have a gas tech at my house first thing 4 days later. I called that morning and was told I was the tech’s 1st stop in the morning. I was without heat, hot water, dryer or stove. I called every two hours for an update on the tech’s arrival. He arrived around 1. Nice young man. Repaired the gas line and reset all the pilot lights. I thought the charge was excessive, but I had no choice.

Mike and Ron were on time and friendly. They accessed the problem and fixed it.
