They were selected by my insurance company to uninstall a product that I was part of a pilot program for. The scope of the job I expected them to do was to cut the item out and patch the pipes. Instead they took the extra time to install a pressure limiter on the system. This was beyond the scope of work expected. When someone goes above what is required or expected it is a good thing. Next time I have a pluming issue I am going to call them.

I have used George Brazil for any years becuse of their trustworthy staff and work. Today my septic tank overflowed and I I called George Brazil to help. However no one disclosed to me that they do not empty septic tanks. I was also not able to get any kind of price range to fix my septic tank until the tech was at my house. Whoever took the call told him it was a sump pump.Dave was nice and offered to take a look at things and did run a snake through my septic tank and told me that it was full but couldn't find any blockages. I was just charged the travel fee of $39.95.However, when I did call the septic guy out and he dug up by septic tank it was not full. . Instead my main line from my toilet to my septic tank was clogged with a thick, white, hard substance almost look like concrete. The other company did rotor the pipe out and also cleaned out another pipe that went into the septic tank and was able to get my toilet and water free flowing into my septic tank.

Originally, the company's technician misdiagnosed the issue (now fixed by Penguin Air), and the electrician they sent out tried to bamboozle my wife into unnecessary repairs (he has been fired by Penguin Air).The company reached out to me of their own accord in response to my review. Penguin Air then did everything they could to remedy each and every one of my complaints. In fact, the company did far more than I expected them to. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone remedies their mistakes like this company has for me.The company's followup work was impeccable, and I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.

Reuben was on time, courteous, informative about what he did. Wore covers for his shoes while in the house. He was there to inspect Air conditioning units.

Was assigned by AHS. They came out in a few days but they never finished the job. They left a wash rag stuffed in the open end of my pipe for 3 months. Promise to come and cap it off five separate times but never showed up. Then he calls me and threatens to sue me for warranty work. Stay away.
