Tech Brendan was nice and work was completed. I had 4 shutoff valves replaced.Took him 30 minutes and the fee was$475. I mean come on people thats highway robbery. Word from the wise, find a local handyman bc these big companies just plain charge to much

Been a customer for 8 years. Paid the stupid monthly that covered 2 visits per year. On the last visit, the tech told me the AC was the best it had ever looked. 2 weeks later, my AC broke and my paltry silver status was not enough to get a tech out immediately. I found another business that could come out right away. He found 2 different leaks that had to have been there 2 weeks prior based in markings on the coil. Hobaica really missed the boat on this one, and a loyal customer.

He was very professional and friendly, and did a fantastic job taking care of my system. He was able to diagnose potential problems in my system and recommended repairs before any damage was done.
